Swim Instruction

I cannot say enough great things about Nick as a swim instructor! At the beginning of the Summer, our boys were almost 5 and 2.5. We were hoping to get the 5 year old swimming and wanted some basic water safety skills, (floating, calling for help, crawling out of the pool), for the little guy. BOTH were swimming by the end of Summer. Nick is professional, courteous, on time, great with kids, and as proven with our experience, a great swim teacher. I would highly recommend Nick if you are looking for someone to teach your kids to swim, and I would be happy to take a phone call to provide more details if you are interested. We had Nick for our 2 kids (8 and 6 yrs old) He is very professional. We had him for 16 private sessions and he was always on time. He was playful with the kids and at the same time he made them listen and respect the class and follow the instruction. kids were looking forward to their lessons. Our 6 yrs old wasn’t comfortable with water in the beginning but after 8 sessions he was swimming on his own :) Nick is a great instructor. We strongly recommend him.

Nick came highly recommended and we feel lucky he taught both our sons (ages 4 and 6) how to safely be in the swimming pool. Nick works extremely well with youngsters: he has a unique ability to combine both fun with proper swimming instructions in an efficient lesson plan.
Before his first lesson, our 6 year old had trouble feeling comfortable in the pool without his toes touching the bottom. By the end of his first 30-​minute lesson, he was navigating the water without the security of tippy-​toeing in the pool.
Our younger son learned how to breathe while swimming the length of the pool without stopping. Before lessons, he relied on kick boards and noodles to enjoy the water.
What amazing transformations. Not only do we feel much better about their safety in and around swimming pools, we are thrilled our sons’ confidence in the water improved tremendously because of Nick.
