It is dissappointing to note the lack of professionalism and accountability of AV Guy. Here is what actually happened… I wanted to buy a TOAER1000PA unit & called up and spoke with Dave. Dave sent me a quote on 7⁄19 and I confirmed the order by email and also asked if I should pay first. Dave emailed me back saying I can pay when I picked it up & it is going to take about a week. I called up to check the status on 7⁄26& asked if I can pull th eorder in… Dave passed me to his supervisor, George. George claimed that I never order the item since there is no payment or order number. Apparently Dave has placed the order as a replenishment order. George would not listen to what I said and asked me to take my biz somewhere else & hang up the phone… very unprofessional… George should at least investigate first to find out what happened. I then called Dave and told him what George mentioned to me. Dave got upset and told me never to call back… There is just no accountability and taking responsbility… it is OK to make a mistake but admit it and try to find the best option instead of asking the customer not to call back…

I ordered a Fender A/V system and Nady Wireless Microphone amp from and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. The sales rep was courteous, worked with me on what would be the best units to buy for our environment and sent me multiple quotes while I was working through spec’ing the equipment out. When I ordered the equipment, they shipped it same day and I got it the next business day, totally unexpected! I wish everything I buy online would go this smooth. For all your A/V needs I would definitely recommend these guys!
