After purchasing a wallbed (which we LOVE) several years ago (3? 4?) it started to squeak (more like a groan) when we pulled it down and put it away. A call to Dave, the owner, resulted in a 15-​minute no-​charge visit to our house to add lubricant to a couple of hinge parts. All is quiet again!

We bought our first wall bed recently, and our experience at wall beds n more was extremely good. Eric was very helpful with his recommendations and never pressurized us into buying one model over the other. He laid out the pros and cons of each option. The bed was delivered ahead of schedule, and the installation crew was courteous, quick, and did a thorough job of cleaning up after. If i buy a wall bed again, i know where to go!
