Arby’s

I have been here a few times and have not really been too happy with them. I keep telling myself, «they’ll get it right this time». Today I got the turkey, bacon, and ranch wrap; no tomatoes and the turkey heated up, Like always. I went INSIDE thinking they’d get the order right this time. I STILL got a COLD wrap and when I tried to open my wrap to eat, I COULDN’T. The cook had ranch all over their gloves and all over my wrap paper… and now all over my shirt and pants. I got it to go bc it was my lunch break and I drive for work… so, as I reached for napkins to attempt to clean myself up… I find out that the lady gave me ONE napkin, which mind you, was also greasy and had ranch on it. Seriously? And the manager was sitting on a rolling chair in the kitchen… listen up dude, you’re an idiot and need to get your crew running better. This is disappointing and I will NOT be returning. I know this is all tedious, but it’s your JOB to get the order right.

I’ve ate at several Arby’s franchises and this one is certainly one of my favourites.
The food is good, and the cleanliness is a bit better than what you would expect in a fast food chain.
The only thing keeping it from a fifth star is the awkward placement of the drink machine right next to the counter. It’s not an issue if the place isn’t busy, but when it is a little butt bumping between those in line to order and those getting drinks can occur.
