So … I received a delivery of this large wrapped bouquet of flowers. Well… When I got home I opened up the package and … wow… We couldn’t believe what we saw. There 2 sets of star gazers, one white carnation and one pink, one snap dragon, 4 pieces of fern leaves for decoration and two roses. That’s it! They charged us $ 67.00 for nothing. My husband went there this morning to complain and to show them a picture of the pathetic flowers we received and all the owner could do was itemized how much each cost. So. They came up with $ 49.50 for the flowers!!! So what… The fricken deliver was $ 18??? If you want beautiful flowers don’t go here! They’ll rip you off! If you look at their web page which shows all the beautiful flowers they have at the price we paid for, the bouquet that I received doesn’t even come close to what their ads represent. And worst of all to go there and complain about the service received and all they can do is «itemize»? Seriously … No etiquette what’s so ever.
This was a message from husband when he went it Acme’s on Whipple Ave to get me a new bouquet:
I showed that lady at Acme a picture of your flowers from prints she could not believe it when I said about having stargazers in it she said those are only four dollars I told her that they charged me 12

We worked with Sue and several other members to have floral arrangements made for my mother’s funeral service and I can’t imagine anything more beautiful. They integrated candles and a large picture making the altar amazing. Several out of town friends ordered flowers and Printz made complimentary arrangements.
Although it was an emotional time for our family, working with Printz was easy, cost effective and simply beautiful. We highly recommend them for your floral needs.

Ordered an arrangement for my daughter as a surprise last week. The service was as promised and the flowers were beautiful. One week later they look like they were just delivered. Thank you!
