So on trip #2 … the crust had hair baked into it. Several long black hairs baked into the crust. My dining companions were not pleased by my dangling pieces of pizza by the baked-in hairs. Ugh. Stuff happens, I get that, but to have hair baked IN to two pies? Something is amiss in the kitchen …

Sirianni’s is one of the only places to last for a long time in Davis, and finally decided to open up a second location in Canaan Valley: perfect for us when staying at our ski cabin in Canaan. I have never eaten in Sirianni’s new café, but we call in pizza for pickup each time we go up. Sadly, they do not deliver, but at least the restaurant is only a short 5 minutes from Timberline Ski Resort, where our cabin is. Sirianni’s pizza is wood-fired and has a thin, chewy crust. Have I had better pizza? Definitely. I would not recommend getting their basic pizzas(pepperoni, cheese) and would suggest getting their more intricate pizzas like the Wally’s Veggie or Red Lodge-they have more flavor than your basic offerings, as the pepperoni or even meat lovers are quite bland and not even as good Pizza Hut or Domino’s. Perhaps the main reason that I can’t Sirianni’s that fifth star is because of their prices. I feel that their pizzas are a bit overpriced for their small size and for what they are.

Amazing. Great laid back vibe. Tiny place so it can get crowded. We sat at the bar and had a beer & Parmesan wedge, ordered pizza to take back to the kids. Pizza is amazing. Great craft beer selection. Super friendly service. Loved it!

Foods good we had one of there specialty pizzas and the garlic chips but older lady there was kinda rude, went to go pay at the cash register and handed her a card and she rudely said cash or checks only and walked away as we dug for another form of payment. Then she snapped at the another worker(mostly kids) «get out of my way»

Excellent Italian dinner. Not a big place but was seated quickly. Waitress was very friendly and service was excellent. Had a couple draft beer choices and they were not expensive. Had a sausage appetizer and pasta entrée. Both were excellent and plenty of food. Many people ordered their pizza which seemed like a hit. Would definitely return.

A local recommended this place and for the life of me I don’t know why. The server seemed annoyed the whole time. Most of our party ordered pasta dishes. They all lacked in sauce and pasta was over cooked. The pomodoro barely had sauce and zero flavor. The angel hair marinara had a little more sauce but still lacked seasoning. The pizza was ok. Also we had a party of 7 when we asked her to split the checks she said«we don’t split checks for parties larger than 6. It is in the menu.» No I’m sorry we can’t do that you may have missed it on the menu. Next we find out it is cash only. Thank goodness we all had enough cash between us to cover. Nothing at the entrance said cash only. I would give zero stars just on the service. 1 star because the pizza was edible.

Another kick ass dinner at Sirrianis café. Johnnies pizza, house dressing on salad, great beer and football on the tube.

We came here during the summer. This Italian restaurant is located by a pond and it has a nice cabin atmosphere. It is a small restaurant with 7 tables and a bar. We try the NY style pizza large 16″(half bianca and vegetarian) for 3 people with a salad that we split between the 3 of us and it was enough. The veggie pizza was full of fresh vegetables. The pizza dough needs a bit of improvement, but it was very good in any case. The owner or manager was great and very customer oriented.

We were greeted right as we came in the door by a staff in street clothing, one girl wearing a revealing outfit that was not tasteful. Both waitresses blatantly texting in front of us, which I didn’t like. We got a large pepperoni pizza which was the perfect size for 3 people and it was very sweet and tasted pretty good! Would recommend the food, although the service/establishment isn’t great. Oddly decorated for an Italian theme. Overall, it was decent.
