Alumni Pub is a great little bar in the middle of a shopping center.
The staff is always very nice and quick with your drinks.
There are 2 dart boards in the back which is always a big plus. And a pool table upfront.
Free popcorn and a small dance floor. What else could you need?
Worth a visit if you are out and about and want to try a new place. There are also plenty of food options in the center that you could hit as well before hand.

Dollar beer on Thursdays. Free popcorn and they have Keno. Pretty chill place bar is usually full but service has been great so far.

My wife and I moved to CW in 2014 and quickly warmed up to Alumni. We’re a little younger than the regular crowd but they welcomed us to the Alumni regulars club and we never looked back. It’s the place to be after quitting time during the week, and the bartenders know everyone by name, they have our drinks waiting for us when we come in. Prices are extremely reasonable, the place is spotless, and they have seasonal specials. No food, but there are plenty of places nearby to order and they bring it right to your seat.
Doesn’t matter if it’s Buckeye season or you’re just up to make good friends, Alumni is the place to go.

I recently moved to Canal Winchester last year, and first tried out a different bar then wound up at Alumni Pub. We haven’t really gone to any other bars since. If we are going out for the night we always go here! Always friendly people and bartenders who are attentive and very nice. Prices are reasonable, it’s never too hot or too cold inside, nice size tv’s for watching games, and the crowd there is always fun. Even though I’m in my 20’s, I’ve never liked super rowdy bars with a bunch of loud and obnoxious people running around. And I’ve never experienced that type of atmosphere there. Even when it’s packed, all ages are there and everyone is there to just have a good time.

Visiting from Atlanta. Place smells good and has free wifi and usual beers on tap. Good location and no fights broke out while I was there. Sports memorabilia on walls was authentic with good views of big screen tv’s if you are watching a game.
Karaōke on weekend. Beer prices reasonable!
