Employee lied to me about how to transfer stuff from old 3DS to the new one. I traded it in when I needed to keep it and lost a lot of my save data because of it. When I called the manager, he went from helpful to rude in all of 10 minutes. I wasn’t nasty or mean but I was firm with how upset I was. I was a former GameStop employee and I never treated people this way. I filled out the survey on the receipt and the District Manager emailed me and tried to tell me a solution to a problem that I didn’t have. The District Manager was the boss of my boss so I knew who he was and tried to explain to him that what he wrote to me wasn’t the issue I had. I never got a response back.
