Pretty standard Kroger. The customer service is mediocre as usual, the store setup is a little odd to me and the parking lot sucks. Still, it’s your typical Kroger experience. The only reason I come here is because it’s not far from the Dollar Tree I frequent.

Please drive extra and go to another location. The WORST customer service I’ve had any any grocery store. If you come past 9pm be prepared to do self check out as the night shift jokes and laughs leaning against registers refusing tk check you out. Customer service counter takes at least 10 – 15 minutes PERPERSON as other employees come up and BS. Dirty store in general and relatively small. Always poorly stocked. I’m done here.

I do most of my Kroger shopping in Pickerington(after work), so I thing I’ve become a bit spoiled over time. The Kroger in Pickerington is a Marketplace. More selection. More in stock. This Kroger is not horrible. But it’s lacking in some items and quantity. Because of this, I don’t stop at this location very often. It’s more like I stop if it’s something last minute. Oh, and the layout of the store is definitely on the smaller size. Not as much room to freely flow — especially at the front of the store and around the check outs.

First of all, get some small carts. No one in this day and age needs that big of a cart, unless they’ve got 8 kids. I always get ignored by the deli staff who apparently don’t feel like doing their jobs and greeting customers. The Nature’s Market is a joke, way too small. They don’t have any no-salt added tomato sauce, and there’s always a long long line to check out. Produce and meat need improvement.
