This place has to be the worst LC community in Columbus. The staff changes frequently and never knows what’s going on. The trash is a problem and the neighborhood is going downhill quickly. On top of all that the construction was terrible and cheap.

I wanted to add most recently after leaving when our lease was up, we received a bill for our carpet to be replaced. Fine, I get it. We have 2 dogs and one with a happy tail knocking things over left & right. They didn’t just bill us but they billed us x the predicted lifetime of that carpet from The Greene so our bill was multiplied by 4! I Reread the lease over & over and you will NOT find that in there. Also, they determine which deposit goes towards to bill — reg. or pet and they will not use both. Needless to say we are still paying off the amount we negotiated down to.
