I like my doctor just fine but the service I get from the office staff at Canandaigua Medical Group just plain sucks. I can tolerate a mistake from time to time but this staff seem to screw up every time. The most recent case was a prescription that I called for a week ago. The week passed, no prescription. So, after waiting for a week I called only to find that the prescription had never been sent and
could not be sent until tomorrow. These people are dealing with important medical issues but I get better service from the kid who puts the topping on a pizza.
