Crown Jewelers

I have only been here once, but I am mainly writing this review on my Mom’s experiences and love for the store. This place is family owned and they know their customers very well. My first time here was at 6AM on Black Friday (my mom is crazy by the way). They were having a fantastic sale.
My mom had already ordered a couple of charms that she was picking up, but also picked out a necklace for my sister. They were pretty busy for 6AM, but they were very thorough and dedicated attention to everyone in there. My mom gets all of her jewelry here because the family has always given her great service and they are extremely kind and helpful. They even helped appraise some of their melted jewelry. A few years ago, my parents lost their house in a fire. My mom’s jewelry was found, but was all melted together. They took what they could to the store and Crown Jewelers was kind enough to give them a quote on what they had. Since they knew my mother so well, they also remembered several of the pieces she had. I, personally, do not have a place I «go to» because I am not a jewelry type girl, but how highly my mom speaks of them and their service and quality makes me more than happy to write this review.

We visited this shop to get my new husband’s ring resized and the staff could not have been more helpful. They explained our options for the resizing methods and helped us pick the correct size. Highly recommended!
