Doreen called the Monday after I ordered the helmet. She’d just called the warehouse to place my order and was informed that the helmet was back ordered. She then turned around and called me. Told me when the warehouse was expecting the shipment and when they expected to get it mailed out to me. Helmet arrived on the day she told me it would.

After being referred here by 3 different experienced motorcyclists in Rochester, I finally made the time to come down to this place. After calling a couple different times to ask about inventory and their hours, I was impressed with the pleasant staff and excellent product knowledge.
My in-​store visit did not disappoint! Doreen remembered me from my call the week before and immediately grabbed some helmets we had discussed. She was very patient with me as a first time helmet buyer and didn’t make me feel dumb when I asked questions. No pressure sales and she showed me a variety of helmets that hadn’t crossed my radar yet. I ended up buying 3 helmets — 2 for me and 1 for a passenger.
Excellent service and selection in a clean store that was totally worth the drive. I can now add to the other riders who referred me here that this place is TOP NOTCH!
