Based on the recommendation of a long time Canandaigua resident, I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Palmer Automotive for about a year now. After servicing, the owner talks you through what was done to your car and why, and how much each thing costs. The work is done well, and the biggest differentiator, the reason I will continue to take my vehicles there, is because I get a sense of honesty and good business ethics from the owner and his staff.
