Got a Groupon for detailing, interior and exterior. I gor there and initially was asked how much I spent on the Groupon — which was $ 50, supposedly 75% off services. I was offered a vacuum and hand wash. I asked for the services specifically included in the Groupon, and he said «well that changes regularly so I’m not sure what the offer included.»
How about your best work with the hopes of me coming back and paying full price because I am so impressed with your professionalism?
That’s not what the folks at Canandaigua Ziebart understand the purpose of a Groupon to be, clearly. Car was washed, but not with the clay bar treatment as indicated in the Groupon, as there were numerous places where dirt and grime were still apparent. The interior was vacuumed and the dash dressed, but they didn’t clean the cup holders or the floor mats. I specifically asked for the aeats to be shampooed, and that was also skipped.
Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t return. They had the opportunity to gain a new customer, instead will now get this same review listed in as many places as possible on the web to warn people of the lack of work ethic.
