I was a patient here for just over 3 years; the wait time for Dr. Richardson usually averages between 15 – 30 mins. Today I waited 45 mins to see him and when I said to him «In my world, if I made a client wait this long for me I’d be sacked» he said that I was disrespectful and that «you’re not a client, you’re a patient and patients wait. That’s what patients do.» He then refused to treat me. I was in for a TB screen due to a potential TB exposure and I’m 5 months pregnant.
