I was very pleased with the job they did in my back yard (approx 1000 sq ft) and the cost. I live on a slight slope so the work included preparing the soil and grading so the water drained properly and then laying the sod. They also planted ten arborvitaes along the back fence. Richard (owner) was on site the entire day overseeing the work. Both the sod and the arborvitaes took well without any problem. Looks beautiful. Even after I paid the balance when the job was completed, I called to ask questions about watering because it was just starting to rain on some days, and I didn’t want to over water the sod. Richard was very kind and patient in answering my ongoing questions.

We have been told someone will be out to take a look. Finally Kevin called a month later gave us a quote. We said ok let’s do it. Kevin said well it’s not good for sod to do in heat and when it cools off they will be out. Ok, so when will that be. Well here it is two months of no return of phone calls and still no back yard. Really

Ordered 1200 sq ft of sod from this company. They were easy to work with on the phone, however, it went downhill from there. Delivery was supposed to occur between 12 — 5. After multiple phone calls where they could not commit to whether we would be receiving the delivery that day or not we finally got a call at 6 that it was on its way. This company has extremely poor communication. When they finally delivered at 7pm they hardly spoke or made eye contact. Had the company communicated better we would have had a very different experience.
I don’t have a lot of experience with sod and knowing if it’s good or bad quality but it seemed to me to have a lot of holes and tears in it.
