One of the great things about a locally owned place like Fultanos is that the owner /management are all right there and open to hearing your suggestions /recommendations. I really like their specialty pizzas — the bacon cheesburger is one of my favorites. I was at the Monday night, all you can eat buffet this evening with another family and was hoping that we could have one of those brought out. While that’s not their typical pizza to put out under the hot serving lights(fresh lettuce doesn’t take the heat very well), they were open to putting myself and my 9 friends to the test to see if nothing would go to waste. I was confident that wouldn’t happen and the pizza was gone long before the lettuce wilted.(I only got a couple of slices, it seems like there were others who were eager for this out of the ordinary and quite tasty pie). I also had a salad — the produce was fresh, crispy and well prepared. The breadsticks were good and while I avoid ice cream, the cookies and soda rounded out a good evening. There was enough room for our group to spread out and the kids were entertained and the adults had time /space for conversation. Bigger chains don’t have the flexibility or even the motivation(in my opinion) to be as responsive to the customers as locally owned Fultano’s is. I am willing to pay a small premium for this quality — of food and service. I don’t blindly support an establishment because they are local, I do support this local establishment because of the value they offer and the way they separate themselves from the rest. When you’re one of three pizza places within a couple of miles, you need to differentiate yourselves and I think they get ‘er done. I recommend their all you can eat buffet(pizza, breadsticks, salad, cookies, soda and ice cream) for $ 9. I don’t think you can beat the price and if you have a large enough group, I imagine they will be willing to consider special requests. If it isn’t Monday night, you can always get a pizza just for you and yours. I’ll be back. Come join me and we can lobby for another bacon cheeseburger pizza if it’s Monday night… :-)

Excellent Pizza! We came here for the lunch buffet and we all loved it except the breadsticks which we all thought were terrible. No garlic butter or cheese or anything on them. Just plain breadsticks. However we loved the chocolate chip cookies! Overall we really enjoyed it! Can’t wait to go back!

The pizza is really good here. The crust is almost a thin crust but barely thicker. The toppings are generous and we’ve always liked the flavor. They are JUST a bit pricey and we wished they had coupons more. We have ordered delivery before and it took a LONG time — an hour at least both times. Just go pick it up and you’ll love it!

Ordered pizza for pickup. Specifically ordered pizza«with tomatoes» and pizza had no tomatoes. The lady took her time to put the order in and the receipt even said«tomatoes». Ha, what a joke, shoulda listened to other reviews.

Well, it would seem some people need to not get their panties in a bunch over… ah-hem, pizza. I would never expect a gourmet marinara sauce with herbs, spices and a good olé fiery kick from a small hometown pizza joint. This is not a Chicago-style pizzeria by any means but it’s far better than Domino’s. Fultano’s is a Canby favorite by most of the residents I know here, including myself have always loved,(even if I don’t live in Canby). The crispy crust is probably the biggest reason I love this place so much. A pan pizza with crisp edges and still that deep-dish-like center — impossible… right? Nope! Fultano’s fooled you! It definitely is the perfect«post soccer-game hangout» and a good place the highschoolers grab a bite, ditching class hours before the bell rings. They have lots of strange combinations and creations and to be honest, I’ve never been daring enough to try them. I’m a simple gal — I’ll take a simple pizza. Bottom line is the food is good. Service is great and friendly like most local businesses in Canby. Isn’t that all most of us ask for?

Came here for an early dinner. We ordered a salad bar, large supreme pizza and spaghetti with some beers. Pizza was delicious, especially the crunchy crust. Salad bar was very fresh as well. Spaghetti could have been better but the pizza made up for it. Service was fine considering you sit and grab your own plates and utensils. Worth a visit to try their pizza.

I have had better. MUCH better. My 2-stars is for the nice attentive service. The food was less than mediocre. I went for the lunch buffet(buffets usually don’t get great reviews anyhow). Pizza, salad, cookies and a soda for $ 8. Pizza– this is what you are here for right? Aside from the lack of selection offered at the buffet, the choices offered were all super bland. Sauce has zero boldness. Pepperoni pizza tasted like a greasy cheese pizza. Not sure how you screw up pepperoni. Thin crust pizza and people rave about the cornmeal. I’ll take Round Table ANYTIME over Fultanos. Salad– nothing sexy. The basic ingredients. Everything looked a day past it’s due date though. Browning lettuce, slimy mushrooms. Ranch dressing looked good, just wasn’t flavorful. Cookies — chocolate chip cookies, delicious. Soda– more options than standard soda machine, Gatorade, Diet Dr Pepper. But soda is soda. Was greeted promptly upon arriving and heard a kind«have a nice day» on my way out. Other than that, this place is pretty forgettable.

Pizza was pretty good, but service not. There were about 8 employees but no one had any customer service skills. They were very unorganized and they definitely lacked any sort of management. Not worth returning to deal with the employees. I would recommend that the owner get down there and deal with it before the business takes a real dive.

I hadn’t visited Fultano’s in over a decade, and when I did this last week, I was blown away that the pizza was still awesome and exactly as I remembered it. Perfect crispy crust pizza. And friendly folks working there too. Great spot!

We ordered cheese bread, hot wings, a combo sub sandwich and lasagna… And paid $ 32 for GARBAGE!($ 36 with tip). The bread that they use is basically hot dog buns with cheese sprinkled on top… for $ 5. The sub sandwich is again hot dog buns with packaged pepperoni and salami with black olives and cheese. Lasagna had a decent taste, but was a small slice for $ 8 which included their«garlic bread»(again, hot dog bun with butter and garlic salt)… 12 piece wings were small and full of fat, hardly any meat. We feel completely DOOPED for paying so much for food that ended up in the garbage. Pizza Is strictly ALLTHISBUSINESSISGOODFOR. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time AND money on any other menu items!

Not impressed. We all wanted pasta and they only had enough for one person. Even when the pasta and pizza came it was not impressive. I would not return. Service was slow also.

Excellent pizza pie! The perfect crust for sure. A bit on the spendy side so that’s a downfall and sometimes the customer service is not super friendly. BUT we love the pizza and the salad bar is good too! The place is always clean — a huge thing! We don’t live in Canby but will definitely drive here for the pizza. They close at 8:00pm though — bad! I would have bought twice as much pizza if they were open later.

If you like crispy crust pizza, this place might be for you. If you like to get heartburn, this place is definitely for you. If you like mushy spaghetti with canned marinara, you will love this place. If you like a mediocre salad bar, you will like this place. If you have a sports team or a birthday party where you need to pack in a large party or if you want to come in for a Monday night pizza, salad, dessert buffet this is probably a winner winner pizza dinner. If it is up to me, I will never eat from here again.

Went here for a quick lunch. They have an all you can eat pizza/salad bar for 7 bucks, I thought that was pretty good. The salad bar has just the basics but was good. The pizza was pretty good, the crust was the best part, its a thin style crisp crust with cornmeal on the bottom. Not the best pizza or salad you will ever have but the price is right and good for a quick lunch.

Worst. service. ever. I was looking at the menu trying to decide what to order(take-out) and the guy actually said, «Spit it out.» I should have walked out, but I was starving and running out of time on my lunch break. And on par with the service the food was terrible. Will never go back.

I had the opportunity to sample this Fultano’s after ending up passing through Canby recently. I hadn’t been to Canby in… a decade? Don’t worry, it’s the same craphole. Sorry Canby-ites! Not really. My Pops and I had to wonder if the place was open, even at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Not only were there no cars in Fultano’s parking lot, there weren’t any cars in the parking lots at businesses adjacent to the restaurant. It was a bit surreal. So, I parked right in front of the main entrance and in we walked. The place was remarkably clean(spotless in fact) and there was a counter gal, 2 guys back in the kitchen and what I’m assuming was a manager. Very attentive, as you might imagine, as Dad and I were the only 2 there. I grabbed a menu and simultaneously asked«Is this the same Fultano’s as Cannon Beach/Seaside?» Incidentally, I’m a big fan of Fultano’s at the coast. She told me that it was different ownership. I confirmed this by looking at the menu, which didn’t resemble either of the menus from the coast. Bummer. I settled on a simple canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage and pineapple pizza. Dad ordered some kinda simple, hot sub. We order drinks(which I’ll get to in a minute). So, we sit down and I’m checking the place out. When I say it was spotless, I’m serious. It was… hospital clean. It looked like about what you’d expect a generic pizzeria to look like — long tables for big groups, booths on the exterior, video games along a wall, salad bar in the center… see what I mean? Pizza and sandwich show up at the table. One bite in to the pie and something’s strange. It’s EXACTLY like either of the Fultano’s on the coast. Everything from the crisp, cornmeal crust to the sweet/tangy sauce to the cheese(s) to the meat. This made me HAPPY. Did I mention I’m a huge fan? Dad was raving about his sandwich, too. It wasn’t consistent with what our server said about«different ownership» but I was pleasantly surprised. Back to the drinks. I’m a beer snob. Specifically, Pacific NW craft beer. I know an ABV from an IBU. I honestly haven’t been this shocked at a beer selection since, well, ever. Here is their beer lineup: Bud Coors Light Amber Bock(the Anheuser Busch version) Blue Moon What in the HOLYHELL is this?! SERIOUSLY? I think the Blue Moon option upset me the most. «Oh, yeah, we have Blue Moon because it will satisfy all the craft beer guys»(not an actual quote). WRONG. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I ordered an Amber Bock out of sheer spite. Beer compliments pizza so nicely that I just couldn’t. But C’MON Fultano’s. At least throw a Widmer Hefeweizen or something in there. We are, after all, in Beervana, no? Go WILD and throw in Mirror Pond Pale Ale while yer at it. So, yeah, if they add a local tap I’ll bump my rating up 1.5 stars. Which, technically, will translate to 4 stars for Unilocal purposes. I do adore their pizza, I’ll give them that. I just can’t overlook the beer transgression.

Their pizza rocks! Just something about it. My fav is their sauce! The restaurant is very well put together! Definitely a nice atmosphere. They deliver also. They are a wee bit spendy, but worth it! The staff is friendly also. Give it a try next time you’re in town!

Fultanos pizza has the type of crust that I like. And isn’t that why people differ so much when it comes to great pizza? Overall it is a thin style crust that separates as it cooks so three layers develop. The bottom layer becomes like a crispy cracker with corn meal embedded. Then there is a slightly chewy layer. Finally there is a moist soft layer which is coated with a sweet and flavorful tomato sauce. The pizza toppings are generous especially the cheese. The all you can eat lunch special is a fantastic deal over the long run. They offer a punch card so when amortized the meal cost is less than $ 7. The salad bar is good, nothing extravagant, plenty of refreshment choices, and they supply the three pizza positions regularly. The hosts are always very nice. It is a regular stop for me.

Best pizza in the Canby area. Cornmeal crust, proper toppings, fair prices. Check out the lunch buffet for a good deal if you’re starving around noon.

Great little lunchtime pizza buffet and cheap too. Their pizza is actually very tasty, something about their sauce/crust combination makes it taste kind of winey — It’s very good. They have a fully loaded salad bar plus a fountain drink is included in the $ 6.50 lunch buffet. And as a special bonus they have entertainment too in the form of a jumbotron TV and classic videogames. It’s a happy lunch day when you spend it at Fultano’s. Cheers
