They dumped 3 Root Beer floats and 2 Lg Diet Root Beers in my lap when passing them through the drive thru window. The middle drink of the 5 drink holder was not secure. The weight of the drinks exceeded the capacity of the carrier. The one handed pass by the drive thru clerk wasn’t appropriate at all. The unsecured middle drink broke free and the domino effect was on. The spill completely drenched myself and the drivers interior of my E350 Mercedes. The amazing thing was that there was no offer of any compensation unless you call a handful of napkins compensation. The cleanup process took so long the food was cold by the time we ate it. The distinct lack of truly caring for the customer is amazing. Then after refilling the drinks, the new worker bee put them in the same carrier and tried to pass us all 5 at once again. I politely stated that I was wet enough for one evening and could you please pass them one at a time like DQ does it? $ 150 to clean the interior and a $ 26 cold meal. Thanks for the cruddy treatment, lack of employee training, not caring and still taking my money Canby A&W/KFC. Guess we know what you guys are all about and it isn’t a quality experience for the customer.

Every time I go here, something from what I’d like to order isn’t available and they never tell you until you get to the window. It’s usually chicken and biscuits too! I don’t typically complain and being in the CS industry myself, I try to at least give a chance. 8⁄8 times this has happened at this location. Lol They say they’re out of one kind and that they’ll make up for it with another… and you get a bucket full of wings and 2 breasts for $ 24 Lmfao Seriously. I’d offer at least something in comparison. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’d rather pay for crummy deli chicken.

stay far away from this kfc, they are way overpriced and they seem to always screw up your order after waiting forever to get it, the employees are rude and or have no motivation, food sucks, worst experience ever

Sometimes I go to this location when I have random cravings, I work in town and it is just really convenient. Almost every time I go there, something is wrong with my food. Either it’s old and dried out, or they mess up my order. The last time they managed to do both. I ordered the popcorn chicken meal and asked for potato wedges instead of fried, and the person taking my order said that he would do the 5 dollar fill up meal because it would save me money, so I was okay with that! He confirmed that I wanted wedges, and when I pulled up to the window he was polite and everything, and even asked what dipping sauces I wanted with my wedges. I left and just went on my way because I had somewhere to be, and when I opened up my box they still gave me the mashed potatoes and biscuit, so no potato wedges for me. I was fairly disappointed, I HATEKFC mashed potatoes, there was a reason I asked for the wedges. So I ignored those and moved on to the popcorn chicken and what I saw inside made me even more frustrated! All that was in my box were tiny little bitty pieces of breading, hardly any chicken, nothing bigger than the size of a quarter was in there. I ended up throwing the majority of everything out, I tried to pick out the biggest pieces, and they were just dry and barely warm. I will never go back to that location. They don’t even give the marinara dipping sauce with the cheese curds! The people working there don’t care at all. Worst location.

The KFC in Canby has got to be the worst one in the company and it is ALL due the employees that work there. They are slow, show very little signs of life and they just don’t care. I love KFC food, but this place sucks… sucks…sucks. And worst of all the manager,(if you can find one) cares less than the employees. If you hate your job SO much then just quit.leave. Now I’m off the their web site to rant dome more.

32 days and still no contact or resolution! KFC — CANBYOREGON — I entered the KFC store E080072 located at 1101 S.W. First Avenue, Canby Oregon, Phone Number: 503−266−6171 at 7:55 P.M. 09-26-2013 I did require a few minutes to review the menu. I was not acknowledged unit 8:12 P.M. At about 8:20 P.M. is when«Justin» started taking my order. Please NOTE: the receipt says the cashier was Patrick. However, Justin took my order. I ordered the items my wife sent me to get and Wes ordered his food. I asked for extra crispy chicken breast, boneless or with bone. The answer I got was«Nope» «Don’t have any» I asked if there were any items that were available in «extra crispy» and Justin said«Nope.» I then asked how long for a new batch I was told there would not be any new batches cooked. Finally, I thought I would order just an original chicken breast. The entire time that Justin was taking our order he gave us the sense that we were bothering him with our presence and he had other things he would rather be doing. While waiting for our food, one of the drive through cashiers explained to Justin that the long line of cars(3 cars) were parents heading home from a parent teachers conference, and Justin then said«And they decided to come here, they should have gone someplace else.» When I received my order it was dropped on the counter with the comment«Here is your food». — The time I received my food was 8:46 P.M. While I stood there looking through the bag to ensure everything was there, I noticed new chicken being prepared. I am perplexed at the lack of effort Justin provided when it came to my order. He could have stated that they were currently out of extra crispy and that to have a fresh order would be a specific amount of time. Need-less-to-say, Justin flat out showed no customer service skills or show any resemblance that he even cared about his job. I understand that people have bad days, but this is not the first time I have witnessed Justin and his lack of professionalism. I can say, that this is most likely be the last time I visit this store, but if I do visit this store and Justin is working, I will guarantee that I will take my business elsewhere just like Justin stated people should do. I am very disappointed in my experience. I have written KFC on their Facebook I have provide feedback via KFC’s Web page.
