Millar’s Hiway Tire Factory

I took my 55 year old VW to Millar in Canby about 2 years ago to have new whitewall tires installed. The staff there were great, and were very receptive to my needs. The price for the work was reasonable, and I left very happy.
I would recommend this shop to anyone.

We always try to shop local and have done business with Millar’s for many years, but it’s getting tougher to continue with them.
They don’t have the best prices, or the worst… and generally paying a little more to support locals is ok with me, but they need to seriously address their customer relations.
In the past, they’ve been friendly and helpful, but the last few visits have been disappointing. Speaking to customers in an abrupt and condescending manner is simply not acceptable.
Coincidently, someone else I know went there today. I asked how the experience was for them and heard basically the same story… not a good sign.
I’m hoping they take a serious look at how they’re treating customers and I can update this review to the five stars they would’ve earned in years past.

This last year, I bought my first car and was completely screwed over with it. I took it to several places to get fixed and worked on, and still had lots of issues. Walking into Millar’s was the best decision I made through the entire process. They are so welcoming right as you walk in the door, they check everything you could possibly think of, and they get it done right! I completely trust their knowledge and experience on my car. Thank you Millar’s!

Found them on Unilocal and called — I was driving from California to British Columbia and needed new tires. Owner spoke to me and was so helpful and gave me directions. Great guys — honest. No run around. I was out of there in an hour with new set of tires. Highly recommend this place. Best to shop at a local business. Thanks again guys!

These guys are awesome! Definitley have the customer’s best interst in mind and are always happy and helpful. I hate taking my car anywhere else and actually drive out to Canby from Portland to see these guys. Helpful hint –coupons are sometimes available on their website for discounts.
