Paradise Nails

I love this place! The new ownership is fantastic and so are the girls that work there. I usually get a pedicure and full facial wax, I love how they do the waxing and the sandalwood incense is so relaxing! Also the chairs are comfy and my pedis have always been perfect!

Not thoroughly impressed. Decided to get a pedicure while having my car worked on, on a very hot day (97 degrees to be exact). The A-​frame sign out front said «free drinks». I thought this surely couldn’t be better. They had a menu of the types of pedicures they offered which I thought was helpful.
Not once was I offered a drink (are we supposed to ask?!) and the nail tech was not very friendly. Their menu has several different types of pedicures and a you exactly how long each leg massage is. The middle one, I believe, was I minutes. I got the top of the line which promised a 16 minute leg massage. I timed it. 9 minutes. A whole minute longer than the step down and certainly not as promised. I almost said something but didn’t care to leave with a bleeding toenail.
When I left, it didn’t actually feel like I had just had a pedicure, which was disappointimg. :(

Paradise Nails is amazing!!! I am new to Washington (about 1 year now) and I met a great nail tech who is always willing to go above and beyond. I recently followed her to this shop in Oregon. She took over as new management and it is very clean and the people are so friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Me and my daughter are very happy we met such great people!

Wife told that they don’t use clean tools on every client. Be sure they get clean tools before they work on you. Tools can have bacteria that can cause unwanted consequences. Just a note

Awesome, awesome people. The nicest service I’ve ever gotten. I have a cracked toenail and no idea why, she covered it in a silk tip for me at no charge! Then she suggested home remedies for it and for my dry heals. The salon is clean, the pedicure chairs are comfy with a massage you can actually feel. They ask what temp you like your water and the leg massages are the perfect length and intensity. They also knew most clients by name and were so friendly!

My first time going was today and they did a great job even though they were super busy! It was reasonably priced and I brought in a pic of what I wanted and it was identical!

I walked in and even though they had no customers I was greeted by, «What do you want?» I said a pedicure so the response was, «pick a color». Might be me, but I found that to not be a welcoming environment. She started the water and didn’t once ask if I was comfortable or helped me work the old chair. Mind you I am pregnant and sitting completely upright is not at all comfortable, but considering the chair wouldnt recline and she didn’t help I endured it. When the pedicure began it was rushed, her long hair kept getting into my nail polish, she finished and didn’t even say she was done just walked away. So I was done I just wanted to get up and leave, not even caring if I did ruin my polish.
Customer service is the worst, equipment is out of date, décor is nice, but overall it was a bad experience. I will not return.
*Note* I was told they were under a new owner so the business may have changed, I moved so I do not know how it is now. Howevet, the old owners… the review stands.

Paradise has been open since 2009. When you walk in the environment is quite relaxing as their wall color, art and, overall furniture is done in good taste. Customer service is excellent since they are not only professional but also genuinely welcoming. They provide a full nail salon services that include the following: acrylic, solar, silk, shellac, manicure, pedicure, and waxing (face and body). I can attest to the beautiful work they do when I get my solars done. Their prices are average; not cheap and not overpriced. I have always had a good experience here and this is my way of giving them kudos for all they do.
