I really have no words on how terrible this place is. Yes they have a large selection and yes they charge $ 100 per yard but u can never get a hold of anyone. I was told the order shipped but could not get a tracking number. Week and a half later still leaving messages and sending emails with no reply. There has to be another company out there that carries automotive fabrics!!!

ok, I was really mad before, with just cause. I got my money back, but had to file a complaint with the oregon department of commerce. I’m over it now… The thing is, as frustrating as they may be to work with, they are also one of the only players in the restoration fabric game and really do have the best materials. You just gotta play their game. I recommend you ask about timing in advance, and follow up regularly.

If I could leave a negative 5 star I would! After spending thousands with these & $#%$‘s. This had to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Infuriating to deal with. Charged my card the day I placed the order and did not receive the product for four months. When I finally received it it was wrong, not the same as the sample they sent. Made no attempt to correct the problem. They could not care less about your satisfaction if they tried. MISERABLEEXPERIENCE! STAYAWAY!

Stay AWAY ! ! ! Unprofessional is not the word for this Company. They will kiss your tail to get your order & credit card info. It will be the last time you get someone on the phone. Was told fabric will be shipped out in 2 weeks from placement(which was October 30,2014). Here comes the end of November NO fabric &NOANSWERS to E.T.A. So, I start emailing(after the 3rd email) I get a reply it will be shipped out the end of December. UH ! ! I think not, they’ve had my money since 10÷30÷14. Tell them that’s not acceptable(basically get blown off). After several more emails demanding a refund or a tracking number within the next 3 business days. Get told they will upgrade the shipping free(Oh that’s great!) but still no ship date. Here it is now December 10 with no answers. I had enough! Write an email(cause you can’t get anyone on the phone) demanding refund or I’m contacting my credit card company and filing a complaint to get my money back. Get a phone call(Merissa) promising it will be shipped out within next day or two. Tell her I want to be emailed a tracking number within 48hours or I’m calling CC filing a dispute. 3 Days pass no tracking number, Tell her I demand refund, only to hear I can have a credit towards future purchase. NOWWHYTHEHELL would I want a reason to deal with them again?? ? After this mess. Told her I’m hanging up and calling my Credit Card company & filing complaint which I did. What do you think was shipped out the next day? Yep! They shipped something out and I got a tracking number, was too late… Called U.P.S. & had the shipment reversed(refused). Today(December 23,2014) I get a Attituded phone call about receiving them getting shipment back. Tell this woman(Kim– I believe it was) what happened and why I did what I did. You could hear the stream coming off her head thru the phone. Told her about the lack of follow up and professionalism she could care less. This company is a total waste of time, money and resources. Do a internet search on them. Seems they purchase the materials from other companies and re-sell it for twice the amount. So find the source yourself and save the stress. Stay clear from this place

Horrible experience with these guys. Found out that they charged me DOUBLE for the same carpet I could have ordered from stockinteriors dot com or eBay. When I asked them to match the price or allow me to return the carpet, they were unwilling, unprofessional, and almost harassing with their emails. I will NEVER do business with them again. They get carpet from ACC, same as everyone else online, yet charge twice the price for it.

Paid $ 300 for 3 yards of defective fabric. Charged twice for shipping. Impossible to resolve because vendor never answers the phone except to take orders. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Avoid this crook like the plague.

Fantastic! I was restoring my 40 year old Thunderbird, and SMS provided the exact material for the vinyl top and headliner, with exact color and original grain/pattern as was original to the car when it was new. They sent a sample first, to confirm. Perfect. Highly recommended!
