This is just a plain old bad painting business. One of those «slap it on there, wham-​bam thank you mam’» kind of painters. They cut all kinds of corners to maximize profit while keepin’ you in the dark about what really happened. Also, they are racists, I’ve heard many a colored remark during their work hours. If I were you, I’d go with anyone else.
