Food used to be rather good for a golf course grill. Love the edamame and deep fried green beans as apps. Went there a week ago and was very disappointed in the food quality now, at least on the salad menu. Ordered the grilled chicken Cobb salad which was supposed to come with avocado but there wasn’t any on my salad. It was also supposed to have diced tomatoes but instead had grape tomatoes which are just harder to eat as they roll around when you try to stab them with a fork. The grilled chicken was shoe leather and not edible. Two of my friends ordered the Beet salad which they’ve had many times before. The beets are supposed to be «oven roasted fresh garden beets» but instead appeared to be soggy canned beets this time. The lettuce was yellowed grocery store bagged iceberg lettuce not the«baby artisan lettuce» promised on the menu. We wanted to complain to our server but she was AWOL after our food was served. When we received our checks, I just left cash for the bill and left. Server was painfully slow the whole evening and reeked of cigarette smoke. In fact as I left to get in my car she was in hers in the parking lot smoking. The inside restaurant décor, the patio seating and now new outdoor courtyard makes this place a favorite for us, as the ambiance is sleek yet casual. We used to frequent this place once or twice a month, so hopefully they can correct these recent issues.

Tucked away from the busy road on the golf course is this local restaurant. They had a little of everything on their menu from healthy to not healthy, salads, sandwiches and entrees. I went with the chicken and greens, a Youngstown classic in my opinion. They give you so, so, so much food. I am confident that it was two chicken breasts and then all of the vegetables and a potato. We sat on the patio which has heaters for the cooler weather and it was such a nice and peaceful view.

Came here twice in 3 evenings while I stayed at the Courtyard hotel for business. Ate out on the patio both times and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the second night when there was live music from the John Reese Project! The side salads(which come with a lot of entrees, in addition to the other sides you get) are perfectly-sized and they have the best-tasting ranch dressing I’ve had in a while. I wasn’t convinced the entrees are phenomenal, but they’re good. Good selection of beers on tap, and had some awesome bread with my entrée. The servers are kind and helpful, and prices are fair.

The wings, the Kensington salad and the paninis are great. However, avoid the beet salad at all costs. For one, the menu says«field greens,» yet the salad is composed of at least half iceberg lettuce. $ 10 for a salad made of iceberg?! Second, the«roasted beets» promised on the menu are actually canned. I know because the staff actually told me this. They had a vinegar taste, almost like pickled beets… or perhaps they were spoiled. They also had a floppy, rubbery texture. So, $ 10 for a salad of iceberg lettuce and canned beets, plus another $ 6 to add meat. Definitely not worth it.

This place is awesome! You forget you are on Rt. 224. Outside patio overlooking the golf course and the beautiful homes. Inside the restaurant is just as beautiful. Staff is very friendly and everything is very clean. Food is absolutely amazing with comparable prices to your everyday bar. We have been looking for a place to spend our Friday night family dinner and I think we have found it!

Place is really nice and not to bad as far as price. I worked on the new hotel in the front and never went in to eat till after, but everything is great! Good was really good. Service was spot on. The only thing I wonder about is. I wonder how mad the people with the beautiful houses behind the hotel are?
