I’ve never purchased anything from these guys, nor have I ever paid them a cent. But if their business practices in sales are anything like their free customer service over the phone, I’m a fan.
My pilot light was out in my gas log fireplace. I couldn’t figure out the 3 step process to get it back on. I called Youngstown Propane assuming that I had a problem in the line and needed a repair. The guy that answered walked me through the process and it was relit in about 10 minutes.
If I ever need anything propane related, this place will get my first look and will have an advantage. Thanks for the help.
