Have a severe nut allergy so called to ask about what fry oil they use. Woman who answered the phone was nice enough but when she asked the chef if they used peanut oil he said no but they COULD ha ha. Won’t ever be going there. Insensitive a-hole.

This is an true bar and is the only place in Cannon Beach to play pool or darts. The beer selection was good but the menu was lacking. The food overall was okay but nothing to write home about, when we ordered the waitress informed us that they did not have a fryer so no fries or anything along those lines but they had potato chips. We enjoyed the bar/pub atmosphere but wouldn’t make trip for the food. Staff was friendly and prices were ok. We had a burger and halibut burger.

I’ll say, for Cannon Beach– this is as good as it gets for me! The drink prices were fine, the food selection was good, the server was friendly. I am gluten free and it’s hard for me to eat out– it was easy here. I also eat really healthy, and I don’t like to eat out on vacation due to the stomach aches and bloating from eating food I don’t typically eat. That didn’t happen here. So I’d say, the food is ‘clean,’ and the drinks were good(heavy pours!). I’m definitely going back– despite the other weird reviews.

Okay … Their beer selection is good; and the atmosphere is comfortable. Since we typically stay nearby, this is a great place to walk to. Having said that, no table service hits me as lazy. The feeling is that we need them, not the other way around. Service has been commented on before; and I can’t disagree. If I’m driving, I go somewhere else. But I will continue to go here when I’m on foot.

I have been coming to Warren House Pub for just shy of a decade now. It is my first stop when I arrive at the coast. I own about every sweatshirt they have put out over the years. The have outdoor seating which is very dog friendly in the back where you can smoke if you like for age 21 and over. The front of the building facing the ocean has outdoor seating that is kid friendly. The have a pool table and Oregon lottery hidden in the back. My tradition is to take a seat at the bar and order the Blackberry Beauty which in my opinion is one of the best micobrews that I have ever tasted. This beauty has a way of blending the sweet tart berry in a blonde ale that is not overly sweet or thick. It is light and refreshing. I order my fresh oyster with lemon and begin my vacation. Warren house has a very fresh, basic menu. I have enjoyed everything that I have eaten there. They have a small kitchen with very friendly servers and bartenders. All of the micobrews that they have on tap are from Bills Tavern in Cannon Beach. What a lovely brewery. Certainly a staple in Cannon Beach. I recommend the Warren House Pub but also want you to stay away. I love this pub so much that I want it all to myself.

The food was way overpriced given the mediocre quality — the filet mignon was definitely not worth $ 30(maybe $ 10), and everything else, aside from the beer, was of very low quality. My mom got food poisoning from a salad — that’s how bad this place was. Service was mediocre as well.

We tried this place again — silly us – and they have this bizarre rule about not seating parties of more than 5 together at a table. There were 8 of us so we were in trouble. Seriously, the waitress was downright nasty. Because we were hungry we took separate tables. The food was sub par. The beer was okay. I will say that they have a nice building, interior, patio and deck space. If you’re looking for a nice patio or deck to hang out at and have some beers, this place might work… as long as you have 4 or less people and don’t get the nasty waitress we had. But once again, this place mainly appears to be another beach town restaurant that knows they have a fairly captive out of town clientele — and sadly choose to treat them that way. Seriously, if you’re looking for food, unless you are starving or have no other options, spend your money somewhere else.

Cute little restaurant/pub in the picturesque Cannon Beach. The personnel is friendly, the ambiance is cozy and casual, and the menu is good, if lacking in originality. The filet mignon is excellent, juicy and wrapped in bacon, served with your choice of potato, soup or salad, and a watermelon wedge. DONOT order the clam chowder. It is tomato based and tasted more like taco soup. The halibut burger is great and unusual, and the halibut entrée is delicious, but only if you LOVE bleu cheese, as it is literally drowned in it. The prices are moderate($ 27.50 for steak), the drinks are strong, and there is both an outdoor patio and a pool table to complete the quaint seaside atmosphere of this joint. I would recommend it.

If you’re looking for a spot that is a little bit blue collar, a little bit nice, a little bit rad then come through. Quality is found here. Good beers, good booze, good drinks. Patio in effect. Not a snobby foo foo place and defiantly not a dive. Cheers.

Folks — there’s no fryer. Get over it. Many locals recommend this place, and it’s funny how they always tell you«but there’s no fryer» because apparently people get quite pissy about it. Ugh. We’ve eaten here twice for dinner, and service was good and the food is good. Both times we were actually served by the bartender(both times we were there in the off-season also), and our food came out quickly and was tasty. The tables were a little sticky, but I actually think it’s the coating on the wood, and not a cleanliness thing. There is an outdoor patio in the back, as well as parking in the back.

This spot has so much potential, but has TERRIBLE food. It would be forgivable if the service wasn’t just as bad. For a glass of wine or a beer on a terrace, the Old Driftwood Inn is a far better option.
