Cache

We attempted to return a dress there which we had been mailed from the Tucson store. The store manager, Anna, refused to return the dress because they thought it had been worn. Even though my wife was willing to show her it didn’t fit. Even though it still had the tags on. Anna said it had been worn because it didn’t have the security tags. I don’t know why a dress would leave a store with the security tags still on, unless it had been stolen… We were unable to explain this successfully.
We have disputed the transaction with our credit card company. For a semi-​expensive store, you’d think they would actually treat customers right. In the end, the item will be returned (or, at least we won’t have to pay for it), and Cache will have lost a customer. Brilliant…

My favorite place for classic cocktail/​formal dresses! It’s nearly impossible for me to find stores that peddle my size (X-​Small), but Cache always has a great amount of stock on hand for me to try out. It may be relatively expensive, but the dresses last forever. The customer service is excellent as well. Thankfully, I have enough dresses from here to last me quite a while.
