Castle Vision Kitchen and Bath

Jason at Castle Vision was fantastic in providing us with cabinets for our remodel of kitchen and two bathrooms. His price was extremely reasonable, he provided us with very good and friendly service and delivered what he promised.
I was a little nervous about ordering from his relatively new company but he seemed so nice and trustworthy when working with him we decided to take the leap and use his company. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
I do a lot of design work and have used many people over the years for various materials, and Jason is at the top of the list.
The cabinets look great. And when there was an issue with a touch-​up kit being broken on delivery, he got us another one with no problems.

The cabinetry Castle Vision installed in our kitchen is the nicest furniture in our house. After reviewing a multitude of styles and wood types, we examined several physical samples and choose solid wood doors with natural knots. The finish is satin smooth, and the doors and drawers glide open and shut effortlessly and silently. At first I thought that we could not afford such luxury, but owner-​designer, Jay Castillo, worked within our budget and even figured out how to add some extra details such as glass front accent doors and a wine rack.
Jay’s design optimizes every inch of storage space, so now we actually have empty cabinets. He listened to our priorities, noting how we use our kitchen, and made sure to create a work space customized for us. We work together in our new kitchen without getting in each other’s way. He beautifully integrated an awkward change in ceiling height and an existing hand-​crafted breakfast bar that I insisted had to be part of our design.
Two months after Jay and his partner Justin installed my new cabinets, I received a gift of a new refrigerator. We thought it would slide into the space Jay customized for my old refrigerator, but it was 1 ¾″ bigger. We hired Castle Vision to return and reconfigure the space to accommodate the new appliance, and now it fits perfectly — even though they wound up with only 1/​16″ of clearance at one edge. Their craftsmanship is amazing. You can’t even tell that the space was remodeled.
Although the semi-​custom cabinets take a few weeks to arrive from the manufacturer because they are made to order, and they cost a bit more than ready-​to-​install units, the extra time and money are more than worth the final, beautiful result since we spend most of our time in our kitchen.

My wife and I bought a house last year. The house had a lot of potential but also needed a ton of work, especially the kitchen and the master bathroom (both of which were really poor uses of space). We ended up gutting and fully renovating both areas, and given the amount of money that costs we really wanted to make sure we got it right.
Jay offered to help my wife and I design the kitchen and bathroom for our new house. Neither of us really had any idea what we were doing — we knew we wanted as open a kitchen as we could get in the space we had, and a really nice shower, but that was about it.
Jay’s work was absolutely spectacular. Our kitchen is open and totally stunning, and it’s all because of the work he did. Not only was the design spectacular, but he worked closely with our contractor to make sure everything was done correctly, helped us pick out and order cabinets, worked with us to acquire the granite for our countertops at the best possible price and brought in someone to install them, and generally kept on top of things every step of the way. We had originally just meant to have him do the design and nothing else, but he went above and beyond any expectations we had. Everyone who has visited our new house compliments the kitchen.
If anything, the bathroom is even better. Jay helped us design one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve ever been in, and we actually get to have it as our own! We have a double shower with rain showerheads that is basically everything I ever wanted in a shower, a gorgeous double sink with a makeup area for my wife, a great tub, some beautiful splash tiles… the whole thing is just amazing.
One of the best things about doing a lot of renovations on our house was the fact that we really got to make it our own. We are incredibly excited to be living here, and I really think we wouldn’t be anywhere near as happy as we are with how things turned out if Jay hadn’t been involved. I will be recommending him personally to anyone I know who needs a kitchen or bathroom designed, and I can’t imagine a better person to work with.
