I used to be a frequent shopper at this location until I got the worst customer experience ever 2 years ago. I never came back until recently.
I had somewhat of a complicated transaction so I was a bit hesitant.
My experience was one of the best! My transaction which I thought was complicated was quick and simple. The staff was amazing and welcoming! Special thanks to Jacob!
Inventory: 10 they have everything

I like Express. I love the quality of the clothes and look of it as well. I’m a 30 something adult and this style suits me well. The quality of clothing to me is what makes me coming back to Express. I’ve had shirts that I’ve kept from Express for over 8 years because of the quality and overall comfort. Plus, the style is timeless.
This particular Express isn’t the one I frequent most, because it’s kind of far from where I live. It’s not one of my favorites, I feel it’s a little small and that the inventory there is kind of lacking. The staff here is always friendly though, always greeting with a smile as well as their swift service!

This is my number one store !! I love it .
There is no way I leave the store without a bag. The stuff are the nicest ever .

While I have had many positive experiences at this locations, the last 2 times I have been in were absolutely horrible. the day before Christmas, I purchased a shirt for my boyfriend that he absolutely loved but in the wrong size because they did not have his size in stock. I was told that there would be more shirts coming in and that I could return it for the correct size when it came into the store. The last 2 times, I was dealing with the Asian female manager. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name since she was not wearing a name tag. I called today to find out if the shirt was in stock and unfortunately had to deal with her. She was very very rude and told me that the item was not in store. I gave her the style number, which I had gotten online, to be able to easily find the men’s shirt. When I asked her if she could please check online, she was once again very rude and told me that the item was not online, which I knew it was since I had seen it online 10 minutes before I called. I don’t know if maybe she just couldn’t understand what I was saying, or she is just horrible with customer service. I have worked in retail since I was 18, I am now 26, and would never treat a customer the way she treated me today. It was appalling. I will not be going to this location any more but instead will be driving to the thousand oaks location since they are significantly nicer over there and actually treat their customers with respect. I will be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint about her as well.

Great service at this location! The two ladies that helped me both times in the last week were really nice. One of them while i was making my purchase suggested for me to to check online for a promo code to use for my purchase. Also the black blazer i purchase had another 40% discount on top of the discounted price it already had. For some reason Express dress clothes is the only dress clothes that fits me perfectly which i also like. I always wait for their sales and coupons to purchase anything. Closet full of Express dress clothes?! Yes please!

Wow! So refreshing to get top notch service like we got today! One of the managers (Long hair with black glasses), Jen and Coco helped us today… finding sizes for everything, suggesting good alternatives, noting when something didn’t fit right (honest!)! I haven’t shopped in this price range in a long time, but I’ve been so surprised at the quality! My husband went in there initially and bought a couple suits for me… and they fit perfectly and felt/​looked great! So, I came back to buy more! They honored an additional online purchase in the store since they didn’t have it in the store… they had to make special call and arrangements… never an attitude from anyone even though they were busy. I am very impressed! Will be back:)

I wish I could buy all my clothes from here! The staff is really well trained and super friendly. The clothes are top notch and very high quality. They have different fits for every kind of body type. I shop here for all my needs, whether it’s suit separates or some fresh polos. I’m on their mailing lists and stack up coupons to minimize the damage.
I had a great experience here with one of the managers Jorge. He helped deck me out in a fitted suit and made me look like James Bond! Because of this place I am now addicted to fitted clothes and only shop here!

Nice Express location! It’s HUGE compared to some other locations I’ve been to. It’s nicely divided so that the left side of the store is all mens’ clothing, and the right side is all women’s clothing. There are two entrances so it’s nice because they feel very separated. There is also a section in the back that has all of the clothing on sale/​clearance.
The clothes here are generally very organized and tidy. The sales associates are always pretty busy and do a great job of keeping the store looking good! I have no complaints :)

EXCELLENT customer service at this location. I felt welcomed and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me unlike some stores I’ve been to. I just wished they had better sales, but I would go back just because they were so helpful.

WOW! Great people work at this location. Excellent customer service. Price is a little high but the quality is good. Don’t forget to bring coupons it will hurt the old wallet less.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I like the clothes. The customer service there is awful. On multiple occasions it seems they care more about their own conversation then helping out customers. I got a couple items today and stood in line to check out. When it was my turn to be rung up the associate said «oh the lady behind you has an exchange» and took her in front of me. Excuse me?! When I have had exchanges I have had to wait in line like everyone else. What was the crazy urgency for this woman to be taken before me. Can’t stand that kind of stuff. So if you don’t like good customer service then this is your place. Otherwise stay away from here!!!

Good quality clothes. Prices are a hit or miss. Not too many good sales. Great staff and area.

I get gift cards for Express all the time and I often come to this location to peruse just in case I can find something. Most of the time I don’t. Everything is really expensive, even with my gc’s lol. I saved up and got some editor pants for work here, and they already ripped/​got used up within 6 months of use. The quality has gone down which is unfortunate. I’d only get something if I had an extra coupon and/​or another gc to use. I do like their jewelry but sometimes it can still do better. Also, I work in retail and know it’s part of the job but I don’t appreciate being hounded by the sales associates when I say I’m just looking (and they come up to me twice, ask for my name, etc). And sidenote: this location never has an intimates section.

Some really good stuff if you can afford it.
Wait for those sales to come around or those $ 25 off $ 75 coupons.
