Wish I could give zero stars. I had bought a 65″ Samsung curved tv from this place, which I got pressured to buy when I needed something around 50. Felt like they were already trying to make me sign the papers before even agreeing to buy the television. The tv was amazing! But then a few months later it just dies. The television just would not turn on. Kept making this weird clicking sound. Howards was willing to set me up with a Samsung tech. But Samsung doesn’t do tech visits during the weekend(which is the only time I’m home) I tried to explain to both Howards and Samsung that I work Monday through Friday 12 hour days. All they could tell me is «I’m sorry» . Now it’s been about 3 weeks today and the tv still hasn’t been looked at. I finally got a call back after an email I sent to the branch but it was a call that didn’t help me at all. In fact, I was told I would get a call back but never did. I spoke to someone named Eric before but after our conversation he also disappeared. Even ignored an email that he told me to send him. Bottoms line: I paid over $ 3,000 for this tv. It should be working after a few months, especially since I hardly used it. I told them that I didn’t want my brand new tv to already have a new part anyway, there’s no reason I should have a refurbished television and it’s a few months old. Howards should have replaced the defective tv they sold me. Seems like once they get you out the door with a sale, they don’t want anything to do with you. Best Buy or Costco would have exchanged the tv under the factory warrant. No problem. With that said, I would not recommend anyone buying theirs Tvs from Howard’s. It’s probably the worst costumer service I’ve ever had in my life. They turned one of the best purchases I’ve made in my life into a(going on 4 weeks) laborious fight to get my tv fixed. Stick with Best Buy and Costco!

Horrible service, Omar Flores had lied to my elderly parent. they charge her 50 $ to do pre measure. It them 2 weeks to send cook stove and it was not working right. She had to send it back. It took them 3 weeks to fix it. Then It took them more than a month to send the oven that was purchased at same time with stove. They were wrong 9inch short. Even though they had mistake measuring, they still wanted to charge her 600 $ to fix their own lies, screwed up. Horrible service, I had bought from pacific sale and wear house stores 3 different appliances, did not have any of these problem. Omar had lied just to make a sale. HORRIBLE service. Will not recommend at all. Never ever buy anything from them

Howard’s was fantastic. The previous fridge I had was to large for my new kitchen. The sales associate Eric Love took the time to help me find a very specific size fridge that would fit my new kitchen. He was patient and a really excellent problem solver. It took at little bit of time but with Eric’s help I was able to find a fridge and it was delivered and installed the next day. Thank you so much! I will definitely refer friends and family to this location

All I can say is Howard’s saved the day! Specifically the manager Mike. I started my day with a flooded kitchen and broken fridge and ended my day with a fabulous new fridge(delivered next morning) and a new go-to for any appliance(or mattress) needs! I was extremely emotional when I walked in as I was not anticipating the purchase and have an infant in the house so the need was urgent. Mike was knowledgeable and what I liked most was that his only motivation was to help me make the best decision for my situation. He was honest and not pushy in any way. In fact the opposite. He made sure I was getting what I needed, when I needed it. Oh, and for a great price! He took it upon himself to check the price of the item I was buying at all competitors and make sure he was not just matching it but beating it! And now he has a customer for life! This location is new and conveniently located across from Topanga Mall. The store is large and nicely laid out. It is not intimidating like big box retailers are. Oh, and I can’t promise this will happen for you, but they even bought me In-n-Out for lunch since I happen to still be there when someone was going to get lunch for the crew :). Like I said, they turned a really bad day around! If you need appliances or a mattress I highly recommend you go to Howard’s and ask for Mike!
