HUNT Shutters and Blinds

I hired this company 1 month ago to install roller shades in my new apartment. Like other users I was extremely nervous. I called other companies for quotes but after speaking to Henry over the phone I decided on Hunts Shutters and Blinds. Henry was able to give me a very detailed explanation of what my options were. This was a plus because most other companies required me to email them rather than speak with a professional. After I provided him with the dimensions of my windows, he emailed me a quote within the hour.
Still nervous, as I had never had to install my own window coverings before, I hired Henry and Helen to install roller shades in my living room only, as a test run.
The process is a little long. The first appointment Henry and Helen come to measure and provide color options. Then two weeks later they come back to install after the order arrives. About 3 weeks total. In all, I love my roller shades! My living room looks great!
I called last week to begin the process of having faux wood blinds installed in my kitchen.

So I got Henry’s number from my brother who had him do the windows for his house and I really loved the finished look. I was still nervous because it’s a lot of money to spend on just windows, but Henry was really fantastic and patient, even when my mom and dad changed their minds a few times. Henry was very knowledgeable and even gave me some helpful tips on how to repaint my sill to match the shutter, which I didn’t really think about at the time. I also thought it would take along time to install but within a day, everything was done. The final look was just as nice as my brother’s windows and I’m a happy customer. I would recommend Hunt Shutters and Blinds to anyone who ask me.

I would give this business 0 stars if it was possible. They lied in my face about the delivery dates, stock they had. Thai sales person can barely speak English so one needs to take anything she says with a massive grain of salt. When she tells you your order would be installed tomorrow — add a week or two to this estimate.
And, the best part, they don’t give you your money back even if they can’t deliver your order on time. So NEVER pay these people up front!

Was feeling overwhelmed when purchasing a new home, luckily Henry was readily available to educate and answer questions.
He came in himself and installed all our window treatments, customizing each product to fit my family’s needs.
