I came here for the first time today I was greeted very kindly ordered a tostada mixta.and. WOW!!! WOW!!! ITWASDELICIOUS ! surpassed all expectations every bite had that lime citrus taste to it with a bit of a kick at the end, you can tell they really take pride in their dishes. I’m looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu.

A friend and I have been going to Los Arcos for the past 5 years and I am so embarrassed that I have not written a Unilocal review about this great place sooner. The servers are super nice, they always remember what we drink and order. I usually decide between 2 – 3 of the same dishes and the waitress would tell me that last time she saw me, I ordered the fish so this time I should get the shrimp and I would say«done, that sounds delicious so I’ll get that». The owner would always come out to greet us to make sure everything is tasting great and we are treated well. When we recently came back, I tried the cheese quesadilla with grilled green peppers. They stuff the quesadilla with lots of cheese and peppers where I would have to use a knife to eat this delicious meal. I won’t even talk about their fresh, hot tortilla chips served with Pico de Gallo and their clam and veggies soup starter(all complementary). It’s just all great!!! I think I will make this place my weekly thing.

I have to say that this place is the best seafood restaurant in the Valley! I am very picky when it comes to seafood and I say that this place exceeds all my expectations! From the couple of times that I have been there, for their prices, I’ve never had any issues with their shrimp(they actually clean their shrimp, or so I believe.) The food is always fresh and their employees are really friendly and attentive. Ooooooooooooooh, and their drinks! Their drinks are really good! You MUST try their tequila mixed drinks in their cantaritos. BOMB!

We enjoyed everything! From the service to to food. To start get a Rusa and for your entrée a must try is the grilled fish w/grilled cactus. You won’t be sorry

First off, every time I enter this restaurant I feel like I’m right at home. The owner«El Guerro» is very attentive to his customers and greets them with a smile and takes the time to have your order delivered timely and exceeds expectations. The food is amazing and if you are looking for an authentic Mariscos Mexican restaurant then look no further as this tops the list in the San Fernando Valley.

Got the tostada de camaron BOMB! & ceviche good but got the fishy aftertaste that I hate but great flavor. Great portions a lot of shrimp. Will definitely order again or go eat at the restaurant & have a beer.

This place was the worst place i ever ate. We order 2 campechana here and it of the worst tasting sea food place i ever had. The oysters weren’t fresh tasted like if came out of can. The shrimp and octopus was over cooked chewy and flavorless. Now the soup that went the campechana was flavorless also needed a lot of additional love from me to at least make it decent but was a complete failure. Calling you’re restaurant a sea food place, i think shouldn’t you only sale sea food? Not burgers or burritos Fyi. Tip savs yourselves the trouble and over priced food that isn’t that good

Customer service was awesome! All the girls are very helpful, they all greet with smiles and make sure you’re well taken care off, they serve chips, pico de gallo and complimentary soup which was all really good, micheladas are refreshing I wish mine was a bit colder but other than that it was really good, I ordered the beef fajitas and it was delicious, the beef had so much flavor but not over powering at all, hate going to places where their meet is plain but not here! My plate came with rice, beans and a salad. I went to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday and her first time trying out a Mexican style shrimp cocktail and she loved it! Her exact words, «I will never eat another shrimp cocktail if it’s not like this» she also loved her margatita. Staff was awesome to sing to her and gave her a slice of cake and this yummy coconut ice cream. They really made her birthday special. I’m so happy we chose this restaurant and will definitely continue coming back and referring friends and family to this awesome spot!

Amazing customer service. .as soon as we got there we were immediately seated and we had about 4 waitresses greet us and ask if someone had placed an order for our drinks. They were all super sweet. Chips salsa were soo good! Salsa is pretty spicy. .even for me that is used to spicier food. Ordered the large campechana. .it was huge. .was not able to finish it. had plenty of oysters, shrimp, pulpo and abulon in it. Also ordered the michelada which was okay. Ive had better(I’m really picky with my micheladas) Anywhoo.def will be back for the food!

This place has good prices, good service, easy parking, and the food is good. I haven’t had any issues at this place at all. I specially like that the owner or manager gets involved in helping customers… he shows that he cares.

I have been looking for a seafood restaurant in the valley for a long time. I came across this restaurant on Unilocal and we decided to check it out for dinner tonight. From start to finish everything was delicious. The salsa and guacamole are traditional and full of flavor. I ordered the combination seafood platter and it was more than enough food to share with my husband and daughter. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked. We will definitely go back, it was great experience.

THEEEEEEE best shrimp cocktail I have ever had bar none! Tons of shrimp, lots of avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro and not spicy which I like. You can always spice it up, but hard to tone down. Great chips and salsa served with the shrimp cocktail as well as a small bowl of soup. Can’t say enough good about this place. Owners very friendly and genuinely CARE about if you like your meal or not. Nicely decorated inside with authentic Mexican music adding to the ambiance. A cold beer and a cool shrimp cocktail is just what the doctor ordered on a hot day!

El major lugar de mariscos en el valle de San Fernando. Su ceviche de camaron es el mejor. Comida autenticamente mexicana. Tambien sus aguachiles son muy ricos. Bueno todo! Sus micheladas tambien estan super bien preparadas

Hold on, allow me to recover from the amazing meal I just had. Like the name indicates, this authentic Mexican restaurant specializes in seafood… and boy do they do it right. Oh and when I say authentic, I mean it– I was the only nonnative Spanish speaker in the whole joint. The place was crowded with locals and it made me feel like I was dining somewhere exotic, great atmosphere. The place was understandably packed though, so there was about a 30 minute wait, but you can call ahead. As soon as I sat down I was served the best pico de gallo I’ve ever had(super chunky and spicy) along with chips and complimentary soup. My mom and I split the famous mariscada los arcos para una persona($ 19.99 but they lie when they say it’s for one person… it’s huge!). An amazing combination of grilled seafood that come with a side of rice, salad, fried, and tortillas(which the waitress forgot to bring, but that in know way disrupted my heavenly experience of consuming this monstrous meal). We also got the trout which was grilled to perfection and topped with delicious grilled shrimps. Although this was probably one of the better trouts I’ve had, it paled in comparison to the mariscada. That dish was something else. Due to how crowded it was, we never really had the chance to see our waitress after we ordered, but all the servers are very nice and ready to help. Can’t wait to dine here again(maybe tomorrow??).

I’ve been here probably 4 or 5 times, maybe more and I say it’s a solid 2.5−3 stars. Customer service is great and the place is clean. 1. I like the little appetizer they give you for starters, it’s kinda like a seafood soup with tortilla chips and salsa on the side. No complaints there 2. I’ve ordered the ceviche & camaron tostadas serval times and there are delicious! This only happened once but it was enough for me to write this review, really sad because it was really good the first few times but this last time the fish or shrimp was bad(it’s mixed). It tasted like it was maybe a few days old.(Sour and old) it needs to be made fresh daily even 1 day old is risky with fish. 3. The 7 mares soup is really good and so is the camaron soup. 4. Steak plate was bad, the meat was rough like it was reheated. No good at all. Prices are high for the quality, the food is good but I would only suggest the ceviche here and make sure you ask when it was made!

I have just found my new favorite Mexican! Mariscos Los Arcos is inside of a spacious shopping square, so no worries on parking. A lot of local Hispanic folks were dining here with their family at late hours– a positive sign of community approval. Beers and wines are available, no cocktail. This is the only aspect that took my one star away. Gotta have good margaritas when it comes to authentic Mexican! Generous baskets of warm chips and salsa came right after seating. The very friendly owner/manager-looking gentleman came over to answer questions. So after a few pleasant exchanges of conversation, we went for the shrimp quesadilla($ 11.99) and shrimp on the grill($ 12.99). Both served with salad rice and beans. Ooooohhh the awesome taste and generous portion of the shrimp quesadilla! Shrimp was lightly grilled to give crunchiness, combined by the creamy taste of cheese and freshness of tomatoes. I LOVE LOVEed this dish to the last bite! The grilled shrimps reminded me of my incredible dining experience in Cabo and Mazatlan. The prawns were cut open and grilled to crispness on fire, scrumptiously laid on a large plate along with salad rice and beans. No left over from this entrée neither. Done right, enjoyed right! We are definitely coming back with the great memory of yummy shrimps and food coma. It would’ve been absolutely perfect to have had some top-shelf margaritas accompanying this fiesta meal though.
