They were very professional and helped my mother with her hearing aids. They even call and check up to see how they are working and if we need any adjustments. They answered any questions we had and worked with our budget

Correction. NO STARS. BEWARE. Unscrupulous vendor. Visited my mother (92) in her assisted living facility and proceeded to sell her 2 hearings aids she did not need, she owned brand new devices… Failed to check with staff and management at my moms facility, $ 5000 later, we had to pull teeth and raise a stink. The vendor refused to bring the check back to my mother to exchange for the un-​needed devices… This is classically known as Elder Abuse. Will not use this service ever. Go to a reputable firm like Ocean Hearing in Santa Monica. Reported to authorities.
