I don’t know what has happened here everything has been going down hill things are not ready when promised, and simple things are charged at an outrageous price that is just pulled out of nowhere. My last two visits have been very trying I thought it was me but they couldn’t find what I had left and I had to return for it the next day.

Omg, I absolutely love this place, they never disappoint me. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past, so I was a little apprehensive about trying this place however, I am so glad I gave them a chance a year ago. I’ve been taking my cloths to MSMC ever since and no matter what they always take care of me. Sometimes, I even take my clothes last minute and they still meet my deadlines. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Did I mention… I love this place?!? I recommend everyone to this drycleaner if you want efficient and excellent service!!!

I have had nothing, but pleasurable experience at this cleaners. The staff is pleasant and the business is ran professionally. The clothes are cleaned properly and I haven’t ever had a missing or damaged item. I would highly recommend this location and if you find that you cant make it to the location they offer pick up and delivery service, which is a major plus.

I normally come here and have no problems. It’s actually my first choice when it comes to choosing a cleaners. However this time I brought in some jeans for my husband that he wanted a heavy press and heavy heavy starch. I get home with the jeans in which were brand new Levis for a weekend vacation were taking and there all faded, shrunk an have to be replaced. I call and was advised that they actually washed and dryed the pants. I did ask for heavy starch but didnt know that would mean wash them and dry them. We know drying jeans shrinks them and makes them lose color. I mean I spent $ 18 total for this job and lost out on 4 pairs of Levis at $ 50 a pair. I would recommend this palce for womens cloths but not mens, being that men require a lot more to be done to their jeans.
