I order pizza from this place a few times a week. Today i walked in to order and the girl would not take my order without me leaving a phone number. So I leave and half way back to my work I turned around, thinking «this is crazy»; so I walked back and proceeded to say «what if I do not have a phone». Now a male employee walked over said something in Spanish to her. Then he took my order and relayed the info while she put it into the computer. When I returned to get my pizza she basically threw my order at me. I feel this was very very unprofessional and uncalled for from this customer service representative!
The food is good but employees should be screened for customer relations ability :(

Yesterday I ordered pizza I told the guy on the phone easy on the sauce, he said ohkay I got my pizza and it was drain with sauce
And plus it had this sweet taste to it gross !!!
I love Pizza Hut from here but this time I don’t know what happen? Pretty upset

Craving pizza. Went there earlier today. Placed the carry out order. First the deals advertised on the app and tv are not available or cost more at the location. Second they didn’t have change for $ 100. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have change, especially when the food is already overpriced? I had to leave without the food.

My daughter likes their stuffed crust pizza… miss their stuffed garlic knots… hope they come back soon.
Everytime we’ve ordered we had our food delivered a lot sooner than we expected! Food is always nice and hot.

Placed an online order at 6:45pm, email confirmation said pizzas would be ready by 7pm. I arrived at 7:12pm and the employee tells me it will be another 15 minutes. 45 minutes for 2 pizzas?!
I don’t mind the wait but the online system should not give a time that is 25 minutes different. Seems like everyone was also waiting for their pizzas.
Not sure if I would order here again. Depends on how the actual pizza taste.

Called on Valentine’s Day on delivery. My girlfriend was on hold for 15 minutes so after no answer I called a located 2.8 miles away (platt) instead of this location which is 1.7 miles from my house the platt location told me they couldn’t deliver here because it was in this pizza huts zone. So I called a few times on hold a few minutes each she stopped kept callin and nada then I’m looking at these reviews like how is this place still open.

In town on business, stopped by to pick up a pizza. Young lady at the counter, was sad to deal with! If she had a personality, she was doing an awesome job hiding it! What happened to smiling you you deal with customers, or asking how your day is going? Sitting in the store now typing this, so I hope the pizza is better than the personal!

The 5 dollar special is not available at this store as they choose not to participate. Therefor I choose not to support or participate in purchasing food from a store who cares more about money than offering the specials that are advertised on every Pizza Hut app and even on their Facebook page. They also don’t give you a dipping sauce when you order wings from them. Tell me why one dipping sauce would not come with an order of wings. Goodbye Pizza Hut. Hello Papa Johns and Amecis

This is the worse Pizza Hut ever ! We ordered 25 dollars with of hotwings specifically asked for extra ranch cus what are hot wings with out ranch? Right …
They delivered with no ranch, I called back right back and the «manager» said they didn’t charge us for it and ranch doesn’t come with wings … We said we wouldn’t mind paying for it if we were aware of it when we asked for it … He didn’t care and said ok no problem call head quarters Totally ruined our night and its very upsetting to hear they don’t care about there customers and treat them so poorly thank you for being the worse customer service Iv ever received MANNY

I would first like to say I work less than a mile away from this location and just wanted a quick delivery for lunch. Not only did they take over an hour to deliver my PERSONAL PAN (not even an entire full pizza) they also brought me the wrong dessert I ordered. I was so excited to try the Dunkers and they brought me the s’mores brownie and I HATE marshmallows.
I immediately called back hoping to receive the correct order this time, however I had to call TEN times with nobody answering the phone and was on hold for 10+ minutes. I am very upset, I gave them 10 chances to answer before writing this review. Very unprofessional.

Because this is a chain you can’t expect much more of the pizza than any other location and so the review is very much based on service, timing, and accuracy. We ordered two pizzas tonight. One of the pizzas was supposed to be thin crust. We asked three different times to confirm the order. When we picked up the pizza and opened the box they were both pan crust and not thin crust. The employee wasn’t apologetic or offer anything to fix it. It is Tuesday night. I have to go to work and my family is waiting on dinner. I do not have another 20 minutes to wait on another pizza which they didn’t offer while my other pizza gets cold. Thanks a lot! Back to Domino’s we go!

I JUST ordered bread sticks. That’s it, And when I opened up the marinara dipping sauce it was only filled up a quarter of the way! You guys can’t even make sure your staff is filling up a sauce cup properly lol wow.

Always late with your order and the pizza is always wrong. One thing is for sure… They are consistently terrible. Ordered extra spinach and onions and not only did we not receive extra but we hardly got any of the toppings. See picture of our pizza.

Nightmare … Ordered stuff crust they are out. Ordered garlic. They brought marinara. Guy was rude ! No concern sounded like i was bothering him … Told me the void to refund the money for the sauce would take a week … Horrible horrible experience no wonder that have such a bad rating

I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for the last 20 years and I have never waited as long as I have right now. I ordered just a basic box of wings and i saw at least 15 people receive their orders before me. I know it’s SuperBowl Sunday but this is just flat out ridiculous. I vow never to come to Pizza Hut ever again because of the lack of customer service I have received. I wish I could rate this with negative stars. I have been waiting 45 minutes and am still waiting.

GOD Awful! First of all… our pizza took an hr and a half. Second, it was cold. Third… IT WASN’T OUR PIZZA!!! After spending a total of 35 minutes on the phone I FINALLY got a refund. The guy on duty didn’t know how to work the cash register and had no idea how to do a post void! Unbelievable… Horrible management! Why wasn’t he trained?!? The people running this place are like a bunch of stoned 16 yr olds. Give me a break.
Pizza hut used to be the best. Other locations have been okay but this one is the worst!!! Save your family from having to experience what we did and try someplace else !!! No service, terrible food and oblivious staff!!! Corporate are you listening ???
