This double old fashioned was pretty constant with other Tommie’s establishments. The fries were pretty seasoned but the chili was sub par.

Ewww their chili fries and burgers have no flavor ! Not the Tommies franchise you think. Stay away. Expensive and gross!!! My chili fries were plain, not even salty and gave me heartburn.

Yeah, this isn’t the Tommy’s you think it is. Subpar chili, bad fries, and overpriced because it’s in a mall food court. I don’t know what I was thinking not realizing it was tommIE’s not tommY’s. If you want the real deal, just drive down Topanga Canyon a bit more and go to the real Tommy’s. Trust me. Your taste buds will thank you.

I should have paid more attention and noticed it was Tommie’s and not Tommy’s! Anyone who gave this 3 or more stars should have their taste buds checked or eat at an actual Tommy’s because this was awful. I couldn’t even finish the burger and I have the worst taste in my mouth from it.

I’ve been coming here for a long time, actually since I was a child. Came here the other day and Christian the cashier was super professional well mannered and polite. It makes the drive thru experience a million times better when you got a big fat chili burger coming from a well mannered employee, thanks again christian! I will definitely be back here.

FYI these guys are just day dreaming. No onions request = a verbal confirmation of your request plus all the onions you can’t possibly eat in your burger. I made em buy back their burger and I bought another lunch at Stone Oven.

Thought this was the other Tommy’s. Should have checked Unilocal first. Pretty horrible burger with a hard bun(what’s up with that?). Fries hot and salty.

Rip off of The Original Tommy’s. Yeah it’ll fix your craving if you’re not around the actual restaurant. But with this place, you get what you pay for. And you have to pay EXTRA if you ask for easy chili. Seriously? I’m asking for less chili and you want to charge me an extra 40 cents? I can see how you can charge me if I asked for extra chili, but I asked for easy chili because I don’t want to douse my fries with a heaping portion of chili. You have to be kidding me. Just check my receipt photo. I still can’t understand why having less of something, they want to charge more. Yes, I know. It’s 40 cents. But it’s the principle of it all. You’re asking for less and you get charged? Is there some sort of new tax for troubling them for using less chili?

It’s terrible. Cold azz fries, hard bun, tasteless chili, I can see why it’s rated a 1. 1st and last time I will be eating here

I’m really confused why the people that work here are so miserably rude, they act like every customer that wants to purchase a burger is the worst person They have ever met in their life. They yell NEXT and etc and just treat it like a prison cafeteria! So sad

OMG this and the other Tommy’s imitation ripoff at the Northridge fashion mall should be sued for copyright infringement! Growing up with the original Tommy’s and coming here to order a Chili Tamale only to be told we don’t have those! After I asked why not I was told by the embarrassed employee they were a different Tommy’s! The Westfield Topanga mall website goes a step further in the deceit! They actually show an image of the original Tommy’s logo next to their link to the Tommie’s restaurant link. Either it is just a mistake or they too were duped! There is a Original Tommy’s right up the street so shop then go there…

Probably one of the worst, ordered fries and a soda, fries tasted stale, definitely not worth the cost

Oh how I wish I can give negative stars! Came here 1÷16÷2013 with daughter and boyfriend… Ordered a hamburger, hot dog and a bacon chili burger with chili cheese fries. I got a few of the banana peppers and was really excited to sit down and have a bit of my childhood memory… After a bite of the pepper, noticed it was not sour but salty as heck! To the point my mouth was burning! Tried to change tempo and took a chili fry. Another mouthful of salt. Finally, saddened to realize this place is sh*t, finished my burger. Even my daughter complained about the fries. Boyfriend was not talking so I know he was not impressed. Later on that evening and burping up the horrible meal, dehydrated from all the salt, upset stomach from 4pm until I fell asleep(about 10pm), woke up this still aching from my last meal. Food poisoning is what I got from this place! Note: daughter complained about stomach pains as did the boyfriend! Save your wallet and stomach avoid at all cost!

I should have just gone down the street and done my usual Tommy’s chili cheese fries instead of getting them from here. The chili was too tomatoey/ketchupy for my taste. I liked how they used thick fries so that they didn’t sag under the weight of the chili, but that was the only pro to the dish. I got a huge stomach ache 30 minutes after eating the chili cheese fries(possible food poisoning but I’m not sure of the exact source), so I won’t be a repeat customer.
