After looking at all of our options, we decided to have Yossi replace our carpet in 4 bedrooms, hallway, loft and stairs.
Yossi visited our home, made recommendations regarding durability, color and direction the carpet should be laid.
From the extensive selection of carpet samples in his showroom, we were able to compare carpet options and either take home samples or order free samples delivered directly to our home so that we could compare and decide.
The process was very easy and simple.
The installation took one day with professional installers who stayed as late as need be to get the job done. They moved our heavy furniture and then placed it back… all while taking care not to damage freshly painted walls.

We chose Truewest Carpet to install laminate flooring in our 4 bedroom home after shopping around in several flooring stores from the San Ferrnando Valley to Thousand Oaks and Westlake area. We chose them because they were always so helpful and knowledgeable even though they did not know whether we would be purchasing our flooring from them. They went over and above with regards to their service. Dave and Joe were wonderful and the installers were so professional and made the entire process a very pleasant experience for us. We are sooo happy we chose Truewest Carpet. It was such a pleasure to do business with themand we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service from very dependable people.

We are going to be remodeling our bathroom soon and getting new vanities, tile etc. They answered all of my questions and then some. Their selection was large and I found them to be very knowledgable. I am comfortable with them because they have over 20 years of experience. I asked them why I should use them instead of Lowes or Home Depot and I was surprised that they could answer. they gave me VERY good reasons to stick with them.

I used Truewest for a special order area rug. It came out beautifully! It looks great in my house and really ties the room together.
