Customer service was lacking, first they forgot to install the vent, many calls later it was installed. Then I realized that the door I wanted was not installed, I paid extra, and my credit card was charged. Many calls later, the gave me a time window to install it, but they came at a different time, and brought the wrong door. So the shed is still not done. Worst of all it was very expensive once all the surcharges were added. The install crew was nice.

I love my Tuff Shed. — The 2 guys that came out here & installed it were exceptional! They were on time, very efficient & cleaned everything up. They explained things to me & answered all my questions. They were courteous & respectful to everyone they encountered on my property. I have told everyone I know about them because the product is great but these guys are simply incredible.

The sales people here are extremely rude. English is not my mothers first language and they seemed annoyed and were very short with her when she was trying to ask questions. Very disappointing and disheartening, will be taking my business elsewhere.

The installers were above excellent. I can’t believe how they maneuvered this thing into the space they did. They were friendly and accommodated me getting the ground sprayed for termites before they put it up. They were efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. The sales person, Tracy Ortega, did everything to work with me on this project, he went above and beyond the call of duty, really impressed with his professionalism and customer service. I will recommend him to anyone interested in Tuff Shed.
