The manager is amazingly polite, pleasant and she keeps everything in order and stuff gets fixed in the building. I never had a problem while living there. Always clean, the apartments are all gorgeous. If I ever moved into an apartment most definite move here again. Quiet, and great neighbors.
Susan the manager is a sweet lady.

Canoga Park, CA
We’ve been here for almost 3 years and we loved every day of living here. First of all, it’s a very safe and quiet place to live in. It is also very clean. Second, the manager, Susan, is friendly, approachable, and very considerate of your needs. Finally, the location is close many necessities. Also, when you drive out into the main street, it is convenient because there is a traffic light. We are so thankful that we found this place! We are very happy living here! I highly recommend Canoga Courtyards for those who are looking for a place to live in.

Burbank, CA
So far I’ve been here for about a year a half (august makes 2 years) and there’s hardly a complaint that I can make about the complex I live in. It’s extremely close to all neighboring businesses and food stops, 8 minute walking distance in any direction. The manager is really awesome, Susan does a great job at upkeeping our atmosphere. Has a room for working out and a room to do laundry. We have a personal spot in the garage which is always a convenience since we live on a busy street. All in all, we have a chosen a great place to live.
