Great place to study whilst enjoying some tasty nourishment! Lots of delicious food options for very fair prices, and always plenty of coffees to choose from to keep the engine running.

My favorite place for coffee, and atmosphere. Their iced tea is bitter some days, someone needs to clean out the pot.

Coyote’s Coffee has become a regular stop on my infrequent trips between Montrose and Colorado Springs. They are conveniently located right off the highway in a rapidly aging strip mall. But don’t judge them on outward appearances.
The owners have done a great job with the upscale, native southwestern design and décor of the interior, complete with a cozy little loft, overlooking the lower dining room and bar. Oh yeah, they have a bar. Not just a coffee bar, but a loosen-​the-​nerves bar, offering a conservative selection of your favorite hard drinks. I love that you can get a stimulant and a sedative at the same place; BRILLIANT!
Like any small, locally owned coffee shop, the caffeine brews served here are far better than those of an unnamed mega coffee burner. Plus, they serve lunch, saving me another stop along the way.

Traveled through Canon City on a trip from Seattle. Obviously, Seattle is known for great coffee, so my expectations are pretty high (and no, that doesn’t include McStarbucks). The mocha breve I had was great, and I would definitely stop here again next time I’m in town. It’s a gem in an area that doesn’t have a lot of great coffee shops.

Great little place that we found when leaving town heading to boulder. Good coffee, great cappuccino, and yummy scones. I I was there in morning but they also had a full bar open in the evening that looked cool to hang out at.
I would go back but hopefully we are never in Canon City again…

I’m thrilled Canon City has an excellent coffee house! Just as cool as the places I hang out at in LA & NYC– Excellent latte’s, free wi-​fi and awesome vibe!

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and left an hour later with a belly full of food. The ham and cheese croissant, as well as the biscuits and gravy, were outstanding.
Great friendly service and reasonable prices to boot. Yay Coyote’s!

Not a bad place to be had here in Canon. Fair amount of space and clean inside.
They seem to have a nice deli menu.
If your heading up to Royal Gourge on the 50 this is an easy stop right off the fwy. Theres a Verizon in the plaza and homedepot near by.
I had a hot mocha, good for a commuting drive.
