I had terrible customer service at my most recent visit here and the only reason I am give this place 2 stars is because the cashier helping me was working her butt off. Kudos to you Brenda. The only cashier. As for the lazy worker who noticed the line going all the way down the isle and instead of taking the initiative to help Brenda decided continuing to fill balloons was more important. She couldn’t help her self but she rudely yelled at an employee coming back from break«are you on the clock yet?» So to Jeanna, future advice. Next time step up and help your coworker out. Customer service is not ur fortè and next time a customer calls you out on that your response should not be telling them to get back in line and go ahead and complain. Because they probably will.
