I think this florist was wonderful in every way when I purchased flowers for my mom’s birthday. The flowers were beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Nice assortment of colors and height, as requested. Very well put together. The staff, from the woman taking my order to the gentleman who delivered, were very friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend.

I placed a flower order on-​line from Seattle to be delivered the next day. I was hoping they could be delivered by 11am for a funeral, but the website noted delivery times could not be guaranteed. I called and realized they were closed, but left instructions with my order indicating I wanted them delivered by 11am and would call in the morning to discuss. Before I could call the next day, I received a call to verify my order. The flowers I had requested were not fully available, but a substitution could be made. I was fine with the substitution especially when I learned they were going to be able to accommodate my request for delivery by 11am.
Not only were the flowers delivered by the time I requested, they were absolutely beautiful — I couldn’t have been happier with the substitution!
I highly recommend Touch of Love for their high quality customer service, ease of ordering, and wonderful arrangements! A must for any occasion!
