Went here with my wife for dinner. Walked in and the bathroom door was open, it smelled like sh*t. Like actual diarreah. People were eating around here and all I could think was, «what’s wrong with you people? Do you not smell this horrid poop? How are you eating?» I lost my appetite and will never return. Worst Wendy’s ever. Place smells like sh*t. –Mark

Waited in line for eight minutes to order and finally get to the counter and the clerk leaves to deliver orders at counter. Waited six more minutes for clerk to return and finally left after two people that had received their orders came back to request a correction on their orders. Plenty of staff on duty, but not many actually working. I don’t normally criticize a food establishment, but this one is so bad no one should ever stop there and the owner should not have the franchise. Manager could not even open another register for another employee. Incompetence to an art form! Save your money and your time.

I personally had no issues with our order. But my buddy who ordered chili didn’t get any spoon to go with it see beautiful attached pictures. Multiple maneuvers were attempted including the sippy cup, using a 99¢ chicken nugget container, and finally the successful bending of the salad top to successfully deliver chili to the oral cavity. Issues with the sippy cup was that it really was too hot to drink by itself. The decision was made to attempt making a spoon. Next we tried the chicken nugget container. The benefits: able to blow on the chili so it doesn’t burn the mouth. Issues: it got soggy and broke too early! Finally we had success with the mini salad container. It had no issues other that it was difficult to make, and it was a bit too large for comfortable chili delivery. It was a thrilling spectacle, and thus +1 star. My suggestion for the future though is to include utensils. In the interest in time, I’ll just mention that it also was very entertaining to watch him eat salad with his fingers and take little sips of Caesar dressing. Thank you Wendy’s!

This is a new restaurant in town and by the time we stop here this place is packed. But t he service is good and fast. When I Google for restaurants in here this didn’t even show up as fast food restaurant. Small parking lot in the main streach of the town and it is kinda tedious to go in and out specially when u turn left. Clean inside and clean restrooms.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible service, don’t try to please customers at all, overall terrible experience. I thought they would be better after remodel, maybe hire new people, but obviously not. They’re still the worst place to go for food in Cañon.

Went to the drive through and ordered when I got tot the window was told that our fries would take a few moments and to pull up and they would bring them out… After 15 minutes one of the staff came out and said they had forget to put the fries in and it would be just a few more minutes. He did offer to give us frosty’s for our inconvenience but told him we had already ordered frosty’s. Once we got our order the fries that were suppose to be hot and fresh we cold and stale, the Hamburger I ordered tasted funny. I had already arrived at me destination and was not going back out to complain. But I will not be going back to Wendy’s anytime soon. And will completely avoid the one in Canon City.

3 problems encountered in a simple order! Both staff members seemed uncaring. Did not receive one drink; had to wait in line and ask for it. Fries were cold as ice, because staff member put them out on a tray immediately after we ordered. They sat forever cooling off while we waited for the rest of the order to be prepared, which was an eternity. Then they said that the fish sandwich was wasn’t ready yet and that they would bring it out. They never did. My wife was done with her food before I received mine. I went up and told them that I wanted my money back and would not wait any longer. They gave me my money back, but not the tax! Both of the staff members behind the counter could have cared less and didn’t even apologize. We left and went next door to Sonic where I received prompt, friendly and accurate service. We will never go to Wendy’s again. We spent an hour at this place and I never even received my food! We went to Wendy’s vs. a sit down restaurant because we were in a hurry. A sit down restaurant would have been faster than this place.
