This is our second and last time at this location. In need of an 8 passenger vehicle, Mable guaranteed us there would be an 8 passenger vehicle available. When we arrived, they showed us a low mileage Tahoe. The problem was it was only 7 passenger. They said they had no 8 passenger vehicles and they could not do anything to help us. Had we known when we originally booked the car, at least we could have tried another company. Thanks for the huge inconvenience and lack of help Avis Southpointe.
