Who wouldn’t love Dr Monika Marczak? I’ve been to a half dozen places now in my lifetime and I don’t see how you could find a better doctor or place to get a pair of glasses.
I’m not sure what the fuss is about with the other reviews. No one likes the cost of prescription glasses. Get over it, let it go. It’s just a given in this country. Get some basic frames and the cheap lenses. The prices here are on par for other places I have experienced if you want high tech lenses and beautiful frames.
Dr Marczak is great. She’s very personable, bright, young and talented. You couldn’t be in better hands. The staff there has been very good to me. If you have a problem with your glasses, they’ve always stepped up to make me happy. I’ve had mine adjusted a few times without any hesitation they put what they’re doing aside to help me. I’m lucky to have this place in the neighborhood.

I have found Dr M and her staff to be the most friendly and helpful group I’ve encountered. They are patient and professional and I actually leave there in a better mood which is tough to say of most Dr’s offices

Wow the first time I was ever told not to come back to a place. apparently if you have dry eyes the doctor here thinks the only option is Restasis and if you cannot afford the $ 300 a month bill don’t bother to walk in. I was actually told not to come back if I was not going to bother to help myself. Appalling behavior for a doctors office.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. The staff has been nothing but friendly and fantastic. I’ve never had an issue with either my glasses or contacts and I want to be best friends with everyone here.

Stopped by the store. We had $ 1,000 in a FSA account we needed to spend. We were ignored as other customers, who came in after us, were waited on. After 15 minutes, we decided they must not want our $ 1,000 so we left. Lots of paces to buy Rx glass… no need to be treated like this.
