Eight years ago, we had a two-story building constructed on our property. The building closely resembles a barn, but upgraded with a bathroom, a wet bar, full size windows and a French door. This building is two stories, and the top floor is where my company’s office is. The angles on the top floor are rather severe. The contractor we picked to do the drywall was out of his element. After eight years, the drywall was chipping and peeling off. It was a shame since we paid a good deal of money to have this building constructed. I finally had a little extra money and I decided to have the drywall repaired/replaced. I called 3rd Generation Drywall and they gave me an estimate that I thought was fair and they were hired. The owner and two employees worked on the«barn» for four days. They repaired all the areas around the windows and reworked the ceiling that was in horrible shape. They also repainted the entire top floor. I finally went out to inspect the completed job and I am just delighted. The building looks spectacular and they cleaned up all the debris and left the upper floor very clean. One additional compliment I have for 3rd Generation Drywall is their excellent communication. I have dogs and I asked for a 30 minute warning so I could exercise them and bring them back inside so they wouldn’t run out of the yard when the work started and the gates were open. Every morning I got my call and it gave me peace of mind that my friends were safe. I recommend 3rd Generation Drywall for their excellent work and fair prices.
