Went here for their Easter buffet, $ 25. The staff were very friendly! It was very clear though that maybe they were a bit understaffed. It happens. It was Easter and I’m sure people called off. No huge deal. The food was hit and miss. The food in the chaffing dishes was WAY overcooked. They would have been so much better if they were not fully cooked and THEN put in the chaffing dishes to cook the rest of the way. I had a piece of pork from one of the dishes that was so overcooked and dry, I could have used it as a hockey puck. The carving station, my favorite part, was AMAZING! I got the prime rib and it was so tender and juicy. Perfection! The breakfast buffet they had set up was also great. They had bacon that literally melted in my mouth. Yummmmm! The salad bar, well, I didn’t go to it. Why waste my belly space on salad?! I won’t do it! The drink station was pretty cool because you could serve yourself. They had orange juice, cranberry juice, iced tea, hot coffee, and various sodas. The dessert table was pretty good. Some items were awesome like the pistachio cheesecake but other items were just ok. They also had a guy singing live who was great! Overall, a nice place! I would consider using them for catering an event if they could insure that the food would not be severely overcooked.
