That was tied with the best chicken my wife and I have ever had in our lives! The other was from a 5 star restaurant. The dry rub is incredible and it had perfect moisture and texture.

Had a few of their ribs a friend brought home. They were smoked to perfection. Not greasy, very tasty and with a great bbq sauce. Didn’t get to try the special Hawaiian Coke slaw or Mac n cheese but it looked good. Great ribs though.

Wow — saw them at the Roswell Food Park and GLAD I STOPPEDIN!!! First the ribs, wonderfully tender, moist, with a perfect tomato based brown sugar sauce that goes terrifically together. If that was not good enough, the smoked Lobster Roll was terrific, wish it came with a lemon-garli c butter sauce then it would have been a PERFECT10. But just based on the ribs, this place gets a GREAT score and they treat vets with a well overdue respect, now I know I have to become a stalker of this truck to find out their schedule!

Delicious BBQ fast! We have Food Truck Tuesdays at my office. This is my first time trying Angelfire7. I had the pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich was very satisfying and tasty The pork was very smoky which was good. My coworker had the grilled cheese and brisket. She said that was delicious. I got the Mac N Cheese for my side. It was awful. Way too oily with penne pasta noodles. Definitely nothing southern about this dish. I’ll probably try the cheese and brisket sandwich next time.

There are food items that have a reputation has being comfort food for a reason but there are a small list of those that are true, good for the soul comfort food. A grilled cheese is one of those. A good grilled cheese can serve as a time machine to bring me back to the glory days of child hood and make me forget all of my problems! But… when you add Angelfire’s brisket… oh my lawd… it takes soulful time travel to a whole ‘nother level! This is a combo that is written in the stars. Remember the marketing tagline ‘Bo Knows’ from the 90’s? It was everywhere. Well, it should be revived into Joe Knows! He knows his BBQ! The master of meat! If you haven’t eaten Angelfire BBQ, you should. You should do it now. I mean right this second now. Your belly, you mind, and your tastebuds will thank you.
