Hamburger was juicy and tasty. The potato bun was fresh and buttered off the grill. They are open for lunch Monday thru Saturday from 11 — 2. Wednesday night they serve a Build Your Own Burger or Build Your Own Flatbread Pizza from 5 PM — 9 PM. The tavern has been owned and operated by the same family for three generations. We will definitely be stopping by for lunch again.

Great food and great atmosphere but it takes an hour to get your food. If I come back I will call ahead. Lunch hour is only an hour long. Really don’t have time to eat here. I would recommend eating here because the food is good if you have a few hours to waste.

On the recommendation of my uncle we lunched at Billy’s Tap!
I had been wanting a Fried Pork Tenderloin sandwich and they had one on the menu here.
Great sandwich just how I remember this Midwest staple to be.
The menu had several options and a lot of folks seem to like their
burgers there so next time I visit I may have to try that.
Billy’s Tap has been around Canton since about 1948 and looks to be one of those
old school established places, that has been revamped a bit for a newer generation of customer.
Lunch time is usually crowded according to my uncle and the place has a fairly small kitchen so if you visit on a crowded day make sure you plan plenty of time for lunch.
Also looks like the have a DJ on some nights and may be sort of a club environment in the evenings.
Full bar and a decent selection of beer and good menu, Can’t really go wrong with a stop at Billy’s Tap.

I ordered the Bella burger, fries and a soda. Amazing burger topped with sautéed portabella mushrooms, and cheese. It was huge, and very delicious. All for a cost of $ 9.00. Hands down, the best burger around

Great old school bar with a great beer selection. They have tons of big flat screen TV’s and their food is amazing. Try build your own burger night on Wednesday nights. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had and there are some many topping options, you can have it different every time.

I am new to the town of Canton. I was blow away at how good the food is here. The beer selection is the best in town, not to mention the friendly atmosphere, good music, and friendly people. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who lives in Canton or traveling through.
