In a nicer setting this would be a must do restaurant. Small(tiny) restaurant with an open kitchen. The food is way beyond what you would expect in a strip mall hole In the wall. We were greeted with a smile and hello from the kitchen. Dinner menu is limited but varied, almost eclectic. Obviously these are people that love what they do and love to cook. Our party of 5 tried the Mahi sandwich, Crepes and more. Everyone was pleased with the presentation and quality of he dish. Yes, I said presentation. Believe it or not you can tell thought went into how the dish is placed in the plate. Again, the restaurant from the inside out would never suggest the quality of dishes available. We ate, we enjoyed the meal at a reasonable price and were given a hearty thank you and a big smile from the kitchen when we left. No alcohol available and if you are seeking ambiance pass it by. This is a nothing special setting. That said, If you want a good meal at a reasonable price with owners who obviously love what the do, give it a try.

My wife and ate dinner here tonight and the food was simply wonderful. It was the third time eating here so we’ve now tried six items on the menu and all were great. Tonight we had the shrimp and grits and the crepes which were a chicken, spinach and ricotta cheese with a cream sauce that used a touch of nutmeg, very flavorful. The owner is the chief cook and tonight was also serving, what a nice man. If you in the south Canton or Holly Springs area looking something good I strongly recommend this restaurant.

This place is great. Fresh food prepared well. Open kitchen allows you to see the action. It feels like a best kept secret but you know it’s only a matter of time before everyone knows.

Wonderful place with delicious and unique gourmet food at diner prices. Everything I’ve tried has been very flavorful and filling. The creativity of the menu items is impressive and I’d like to try everything! The owner is very attentive and you can tell this place, and every little detail about it, is a labor of love.

For the love of all that is Holy. That’s the best panini I’ve ever had. Absolutely insanely good. Not sure how to elevate my review beyond just incredible, but it’s extremely good.

Oh. My. God. This is a panini elevated to the level of fine dining, as far as I’m concerned. I don’t know when I have eaten ANYTHING as delicious as this. I was just in Canton for the day(I live about an hour away) and I was hungry, so turned to Unilocal. The first restaurant I went to was closed, so this was next on the list. Thank goodness, too. I can’t imagine the other place could have even touched this! I had the Southwestern Chicken Panini(no tomatoes). The fries alone were good enough to have been a stand-alone dish. Seriously go here. We didn’t see another diner in the place, and it was dinner time. I can only conclude that no one knows this place is here. If they knew how good it was, it would be standing room only. Seriously. Stop reading and go eat. Also, the owner was SO friendly, he was a one-man show! Cooking, serving, waiting the table, and he did it all politely and personably, even when my toddler was making a mess of his food all over the table.

I am not from these area. So was looking for something healthy and not too fried for my whole family. It’s pretty much good place to eat in this area. Consider it as a loyal-healthy place to eat. Salmon panini was really good.

I tried the food from Bistro C by complete luck. While visiting my parents in Canton. I arrive as they had just picked up dinner from nearby. I snuck a couple small bites and was pleasantly surprised by the burst of flavors. The steak medallions were moist and tender and had a fantastic sauce. The potatoes were nicely seasoned as well. The beef schnitzel was crispy and tasty. Fries just as good. I’ll definitely be stopping in for a meal soon.

My wife and I stopped in here one day after I had tutored for eight hours, and it was a really nice surprise. The décor is a little strange, as is the location, but the food was great. I had the Greek salad and the beef schnitzel, which was a great combination. My wife had the tomato soup and beef tenderloins, which was also really good. The cuts seemed to be the same for both dishes, but both were well enough prepared that we didn’t mind, especially when the check came out! We’ll probably be back at some point, but since we’re new to the area there are other places we want to try before we return. That being said, we definitely plan on returning!

I have to admit; when I saw Bistro C open I was not interested. Avoided until today when my girlfriend and I decided to try. So glad we did. What a nice find. Nice, warm french café feel. Small(which I love) but interesting menu. I had the salmon blt. Girlfriend had the couscous chicken salad. Both delicious. If you’re like me and have not visited bistro c go try it. You won’t be sorry.

Excellent taste! Small menu selection but everything is good. Try it once and this just might be a regular place to come back to often! Lets keep this quality resturant in Canton with our patronage! Get to know the chef, very personal, very passionate about food. Breakfeast lunch or dinner something any time of the day.

Great food and incredible pricing. Was hooked with the Salmon and the Breakfast was terrific for a group of four here. Great little hideaway hidden in a mini shopping center.

What a find! Incredible food at reasonable proces, prepared and served with confidence but without pretension. If you’re looking for that typical faux bistro look for a romantic tete a tete, this isn’t for you. If, however, you want Michelin qulaity food at strip mall places, go there NOW. It’s a bit difficult to spot in the early evening(someone should tell them to turn on their sign earlier in the evening), as it’s tucked ina small strip mall, next to a garishly lit pizza joint. We went on Friday evening. Our server was one of the owners, Elena.(We noticed a «help wanted» sign in the window.) Because the restaurant is apparently a two-person operation right now, service was a little slow. Elena noticed this, apologized for the delay and brought us a complimentary cup of their cream of tomato soup while we waited. That soup set the perfect note for the meal. It was redolent with tomato flour, rich and satisfying. If they took that much care with the soup, we were excited to see what the entrees offered. My wife ordered the medallions of beef. I had the shrimp and grits. Both were excellent choices. The medallions were tender, well-seasoned and served with roasted potatoes that also had the hallmark of a chef who cares about his food. My shrimp were cooked perfectly, with that lovely snap when cut. The grits, seasoned with a bit of cheese, were enriched with grilled onions and diced andouille sausage. They were nicely spiced and served as the perfect accompaniment to the shrimp. For dessert, we decided to share a slice of the chocolate cake. What a treat. The cake was a rich, dense chocolate, with an excellent crumb. The frosting was a mousse-like lighter chocolate and the plate was garnished with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce. Just a wors about that caramel sauce — another indicator of the care with which the chef prepares his food. The sauce was that perfect shade of brown that occurs just seconds before the sugar burns — perfectly done. It was slightly viscous without being thick. Once again, a chef who takes that much care with a minor element of one course shows his care for his food. In summary, we’ll be going back next Friday for lunch. Some of the diners were having the restaurant’s paninis for supper and they looked just as good as our food. Naturally, we’ll also get some of that cake again.

I just had to check out the newcomer. And I was not disappointed. It was a weeknight. It wasn’t busy. We were seated immediately, and didn’t have to wait for a thing. They were out of crepes, and the panini seemed rather lackluster compared to the rest of our meal. The beef medallions are a sure crowd-pleaser. Tasty and not overdone. Portions sizes are not out of control. I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. But(to me) the clear winner of the evening was the cream of tomato soup. Hands down delicious. It was so good, I ordered a second serving. Yes, I did. It might as well have been dessert. Except that it was very rich and savory. As I said, I loved this stuff, and I hope they have it when I’m next there. Holler if you’re coming with.
